He is heavily unpopular in rivers as no former governor such as Amaechi, Odili, Omehia or Rivers elders or religious and traditional rulers him. He is so unpopular that he can't get someone from Rivers state to rule as an . How is a sole going to succeed in such an environment of rising insecurity? Does he not that all these actors will pull resources together and sabotage the emergency rule. All politics is local and he doesn't have the local actors by his side.
