omoluabi87: I am offering 20k for the bolded. I could be persuaded to add 5k if you are undertaking delivery (waybill) to me in Lagos. Would prefer to use escrow if that suits you. Wese could probably come to our aid. Pls respond let's conclude before the week runs through. |

pocohantas: Are you sure you actually have the "entire" picture? I doubt it but I reserve my comments. The world becomes a saner place if we learn to mind our business. Perhaps the man cheated and maybe he didn't. But which self respecting lady, self assured and secure woman takes the battle to keep her marriage to the door of the side-chick. She has never experienced beating before. Just imagine if she had waited at home and confronted her hubby with the info all this would have been avoided. In any case I hope the sleuth of Calabar, our very own Sherlock Holmes is happy now. Kudos! |

graced21: Yes we can but we should limit the discourse to this thread/platform. Others can make their contributions and a lot more others can also learn. You must however note that I don't have appreciable expertise in eggs. There is a thread on Egg distribution .....probably a but dated but it could provide useful guidance for starting out. What do you wish to know about eggs distribution? |

graced21:Of course fabrics is good. But understand that the growth in fabrics to an appreciable turnover will take some time. I wasn't actually thinking of fabrics when I suggested FMCG. I was tinkering with consumables like food and snacks. Eggs for instance has a high growth potential. Indeed there are technicalities which you can learn as you go along but the turnover will make you want to dance Skelewu. Bread is another wonderful product and I should know. Despite the inconsistencies in prices of raw materials bread still remains the cheapest food product in the market as of today. The profitability in this business is unprecedented. The risk is very minimal and ROI is like every 24 hours. Best of all the initial capital outlay is small. 10% of your entire capital is more than enough for you to launch out. I have written a thread on bread distribution here on Nairaland. You are welcome to tap into my experience as recounted in that thread. Find link below; https://nairaland.macsoftware.info/5437971/bread-distribution-quiet-untapped-goldmine Best wishes. 1 Like |

graced21: If you end up in Lagos, identify and sell a fast moving consumer product. Marginal profit but good turnover and consistent demand. If you chose another city then identify a special product in Lagos and import it into the state. Pls ensure that it is a product that has potential for tremendous growth. 1 Like |

Harrisonwo: You may wish to crosscheck your sources for the validity of the bolded. I think it's flawed. istratively, the bishops don't report to the Cardinal. It doesn't happen that way. I am sure Google will be of further help in this regard. Perhaps other more knowledgeable posters can add to this discourse. |

Praxis758: Your knowledge of history is flawed. Google can be very useful. Dominic Cardinal Ekanem was the very first followed by......the rest. |

Basicend: This is one of the best posts I've read on Nairaland in recent times. I had to read it again and again as I marvelled at the sheer objectivity. The bolded reflects APCs greatest undoing. It would certainly have been wonderful to parade at least two cerebral candidates for our highest office. Osibanjo may not have won the elections because of the baggage this istration placed on his shoulders but I can tell you that it would have it would have enriched the process significantly. The flip side is that it may have reduced Peter Obis chances as the southern Christian votes would have been seriously divided among the two candidates. |

Kaysalas: Tinubu appeared on the scene 10 years (or more) too late. Obi is in his prime. 10 years from now On will also be a late entrant. We have to desist from making Aso Rock a retirement enclave. I was really looking forward to an Osibanjo Vs Obi contest. That would have been the bomb. Regarding Tinubu Vs Obi in of performance, I personally rate Obi higher than Tinubu primarily because of the prevailing circumstance of both of them at that time. Tinubu inherited a metropolitan edifice with super infrastructure in place. He did well by providing improvement and modernising governance. Lastma, Lawma, Kai and reforms in Taxation are all to his credit. But he had a robust foundation to build upon. Obi on the other hand inherited nothing. Recall his 'real' predecessor Mbadinuju who left a mountain of debts for him, then the paucity of funds as a result of an almost non-existing IGR. He weathered the storm and 8 years later Anambra emerged from the doldrums to become a frontline state. Surely this was a miracle. You need to have visited Anambra before he became governor and then a repeated visit after his tenure would then reveal to you my position. In any case, I really don't bother about leadership that much. I am ardent believer in the perfection that drives creation. As in all matters mankind only gets what it deserves at every point in time. Our electoral choices will only and always only reflect our advancement and maturity which will translate into the overall consequences we glean as a people. We have been given a freewill to chose who should lead us. We are however bound to the consequences that this choice will unleash. Also note that the consequences are not limited to just 8 years but beyond that as destroying is a much easier task than building up. We will still be wafting in the joys or sorrows produced by the decisions we make today or in this case in February 2023. Be grateful for the opportunity of a democracy. Also be grateful for evolution and above all chose wisely who shall be your guide into the next epoch. This will be my last response on this matter. By the way thanks for being very civil in your argument. Best regards! |

Kaysalas: Not necessarily true. Obi did very well as a governor. As a matter of fact I think that considering his circumstances he may have sured Tinubu. Pls don't get me wrong, I have tremendous respect for Tinubu but I just feel that he appeared on the scene a bit late in the day. |

ThrownBack: Chimaroke personifies the biggest failing ever recorded especially in governance. In saner climes this man would be in a maximum security jail spending his retirement with his cohorts. At least Tinubu can hold his head high.... in some aspects of leadership especially as regards identifying talent and expertise. 2 Likes 1 Share |
