My advice, send webforms/emails for if he has done medicals and biometrics and watch your school's resumption time to know when to defer and retain the ission while waiting for IRCC.

I ed an agent to help me process a Canada study visa for my self. To cut the long story short, The visa has been approved and the agent has been fully paid, i have my port with me already but she has refused to drop all to both the visa portal and to the email for receiving messages from IRCC. She has even refused giving us letter of introduction which is an important document for traveling. I don't have the LOI I asking her about it earlier on but she declined to provide it to me, I have gone to VFS twice but they said they can’t help. although they verified the authenticity of the visa because i gave them my port to , they asked me to go and sort things out with my agent, i am due to travel for my program by January, but as it stands i am helpless, this is already freaking me out guys! she has refused to pick my calls, she is nowhere to be found, all efforts to reach her has proved abortive and even sent a message, claiming to have traveled out of the country,
please what can be done? Help me out here

Please be truthfull in your application, fill out everything on the spouse section. Don't leave that space blank because it will be a misrepresentation and they will deem you for not being truthfull and that there's more you're hiding. In the form they are only requesting for your family member info not conditions they're in their status. You can now not bring her in your letter of explanation and every other ing documents.

As for family ties, do you have kids, Parents, assets (company, land etc).

2. My wife is a permanent resident in Canada, she can't sponsor me through spousal visa because she is still under a ban and I intend to also state the fact of my wife being a permanent resident. Saying that he used another person's card to make payment sounds like a fraudulent act. And the owner of the card saw the transaction and revert it back because he didn't approve it. He should be careful before he jump from frying pan to fire.

His case is complicated. I gave him that advice because it wasn't even his agent that made the payment, and he truly was not aware of the reversal.

He can't say that he reversed the payment, neither can he say that his agent reversed the payment because they're both lies. He could say that he used another person's card to pay which is true in a way...

But I think he should just take responsibility and apologise without explicitly explaining what went wrong. Then go on to attach proof of the new payment and proof that he genuinely paid his student visa application fee without any reversals.

I also advised him to get advice from other people who may have experience in this situation before he decides what to do.

You have served your punishment and they're still waiting for that truth from you and that must happen before you can go forward to reapplying for any sort of visa.

This is not your lie of you can prove that everything was done with the so-called agent, but damn prepare for anything. Print out all your discussions with the agent, screenshot messages, emails and write a good explanation letter.

Nigeria schools can frustrate people.

I paid for ECA with ICES on the September 14th, meanwhile I have paid for my school to send my B.Sc transcript to ICES since August 21.

After frustrating my life, I paid for email and courier (I don't want any long story)the school finally sent the transcript on October 24th and ICES received the email immediately and then received the courier on November 7.

The 10 weeks waiting IS KILLING ME NOW, seeing that my school wasted a lot of time sending ordinary transcript. I am currently at 6weeks since email sent and 5 weeks since they received the courier and I'm depressed already.

Good day everyone, I have been reading all the comments and I must say it is quite helpful. I applied for my Mum and brother's visitor's visa on the August 31 through paper application. Paper application is very fast as, my mum collected the ports on the October 12Th, They offered my mum two years visa and refused my brother,.

Now there reasons is that 1) my brother doesn't have travel history and 2) purpose of traveling.

Here is the thing, both my mum and brother has virgin port. This is there first visa ever. I want to rule out the travel history as a problem but the one I'm confused as anything is purpose of traveling. The same purpose I put for both.
