Hello house please I am in a dilemma
So I am in the pool and just thinking, I’m currently in a long distance relationship with a man and we intend getting married after I finalize my divorce from previous marriage ending of next year, my question is can I include this my current partner as a defacto relationship. If yes would pictures together and chat history be enough to proof our relationship?
Or is it better to file for him after I get PR, tho im scared of the long time it would take to process heard it takes up to 4 years. Please help. Thank you

You're actually the one with a rubbish stance. You're saying Nigerian students are flooding student accommodations with their whole families, so why is there such a huge demand for 2-3 bed properties around the country, with the available properties turning into bidding wars, and properties going at 30-70k over asking? I really don't understand why you're crying more than the bereaved. If the UK government so feels that the net economic benefits of immigrant students is far less than the strain they're causing to the system, let them put a stop to it. Nigerians will simply go elsewhere; it has happened before.
If all your pain is because an immigrant child took your kid's spot in school, well, my advice is work harder, so you can send the child to Eton. Pele dear, don't be the village people, they pray against.

Your wife should get exemption letter from school thereafter u can use it to apply to the council
Certificate of enrollment is enough to present as an evidence there shouldn't be any other special letter.
You can do any, either you wait for the first bill or ring the council and tell them to stay far away (in wizzy voice)

Thanks a bunch I will do more practice on my interviews to be more confident.
mdeeokoye:
Can’t say if we applied a trick per say. We just did lots of practice and tried to validate responses.
Accenture’s second level interview was more around picking a topic amongst a list of selected topics and then talking about it. She picked AI, she specifically picked up deep learning use cases I think. Talked about similar class room projects about it and her experience in it using python. Then there was the behavioural now because it’s a graduate role she tried to answer them based on class room activities and did not really talk much about her previous experience in financial related stuffs she had done on Nigeria because at that graduate level they don’t expect that much because they intend to train you I believe.
Also we did lots of practice as I wanted to hear how she sounds over the questions to ensure she was confident and all.
Her final interview was with a technical /lead person in the firm I think. Same kinda process like the first. I know it’s competitive
All the best and good luck in your next interviews

Wow this is so beautiful to read. I pray this grace and favour locates me soonest.
For me I've been getting plenty rejections as well and it always come during the interview stage ing the graduate test has always been easy for me but the interview is something else. I really wonder what the trick here is?
mdeeokoye:
Permit me to say a few around job search and a strategy when coming in to the Uk via your question maybe it may help a few peeps:-
My self and my wife we came to the Uk October 2020, My wife was a student while I was the dependent. I got a job almost immediately and starting working as a software engineer in a firm in Liverpool while my wife focused on her studies as we literally sold everything and planned to start a life here in the Uk. But we *had* a plan. Our plan was that by God’s grace I would get a sponsored job and because she also had experience as well, she would also finish her masters and also get a sponsored job kinda both of us having sponsorship running differently to avoid stories that touch. By the way my wife has about 5 years experience as a BA in treasury management mostly around a solution called calypso(one of the biggest around). Immediately she started school she started applying for graduate roles because they kinda offer jobs months/ even a year ahead with sponsorship before you even finish your program. We got lots of rejections, too many for that matter. Most times she would cry as I was always consoling her that they are the ones missing out as she would definitely get one.
As God may have it she got Accenture graduate role more inclined around project management. We were excited because at least we got the ball rolling as regards our big plans. 5 months after working in the firm in Liverpool I got an offer with sponsorship with another eCommerce firm in Leicester which required us is to relocate to Leicester, again the plan fell into place.
Wifey finally graduated in October with a distinction( as our money no fit waste ). Plans changed as I thought that she can actually get better in of job and pay. We started looking out for Calypso roles and to my surprise they are high in demand here in the Uk and the pay was great. Of course We we’re looking at sponsorship but we did not mind having one without sponsorship but with a better pay as she can go
Under me as a dependent but I had that believe that we can eat out cake and have it. We applied to FD and LSE as they had roles and pay structure was great! To our surprise we had interview slots. My o my the interview was a breeze as na my wife they teach the guys for the interview. FD gave her an offer as a senior BA after like a week and said they will sponsor her visa under mine and we were like should we take it, meanwhile LSE was in the pipeline and the interview was also a breeze off cause we stalled FD’s offer and waited for LSE it was a bit slow because it was via an agency and the agency was skeptical about sponsorship but the final manager that interviewed her was so impressed and pushed for sponsorship and eventually they gave her an offer!!! FD got back to her and she told FD that she has an offer now with LSE, and they said they will match the money and started talks about how they can strategise her into management in no time but come on LSE was just the height!
She is starting with LSE later this month and all our plans since we came to the Uk kicked in, it was all God and preparation and opportunity!
Why I am saying this! If you come in to the Uk in October or January start applying immediately, don’t wait till your masters is about rounding up before you apply, there are lots of graduate roles, I would reckon that more experienced roles would want you to start immediately and would not give you the buffer to start months ahead.
Lastly you can always yearn for more! Go for it! You have it in you! Hope this helps anyone

You seem like a fairly reasonable person so Ill write a last one
Look at it from JustWise's POV; London especially is not known to be easy. I have two friends in London and it has not been easy for them considering the bills involved ( they are both married )
No one hates or wants something negative for you .. I could walk past you tmr and I wont even know its you so what do I have to gain from bringing you down or whatever
If you were sure of the path you wanted to take and the ease of taking that path, you wont be asking those questions
Plan well, listen to advice and fine tune those plans so it will be soft for you
That one urging you on wont be there when home office starts to reason your matter or when your grades plummet. Na who like person dey advice am o, forget all this many many English
E go be
This is a better advise, you attempted bullying initially.
Peace out
