One thing about Google ads is that you will never lose access to your data and assets should your gets suspended.

You can always go back to suspended to see the data and the assets, unrestricted.

Unfortunately, once your is disabled on Facebook, you lose everything including your money (if you fund manually).

If you are suspended on Google, you can get a refund if you have money in your .

Except in rare cases, Google won't suspend your ads and suspend your business page at the same time.

Unfortunately, in most cases Facebook will suspend your ads and suspend almost everything associated with the ads .

If you leave your Google ads inactive for years, the might be cancelled, but not suspended. And when you again, you can simply reactivate the and continue your ads.

Facebook will suspend an that has not been used for months for no valid reasons.

It is actually very okay to niche down and go in all to do the work.

For years i do not accept to manage e-commerce business in Africa and i still don't.

I primarily manage e-commerce for businesses in USA, and CA.

When some challenges that can negatively affect the ads performance are beyond your control, then you better don't put head.

One of my reasons for not managing e-commerce ads in Africa (primarily Nigeria) is due to the POD.

So, it is a good one to niche down.

I believe is just the way Lagos state is turning out to be in regard to real estate industry. All the payments were made to the Lagos state with my payers ID and I have the receipt. The only one payment I made that was painful is the 500K for facilitation and yet the guy took the money and did nothing rather than telling my engineer what to do. In fact, I am tired and beginning to think selling the plot. They have given me approval number though.

That is averagely about the amount it cost to get approval for an averagely valued location in Lagos.

The rate you paid is well below average considering the size of your proposed building. Your processing time frame of about 4 months is also way shorter than the norm.

Purchase receipt of Land alone is not adequate, an evidence of payment of stamp duty to the FIRS(federal internal revenue se.rvice) is also required, this is also stressful.

It is in most cases difficult to get cleared on tax matters from the LIRS( Lagos internal revenue service) by just presenting the last 3 years tax clearance certificates. LIRS often demand for more money inform of taxation to be paid into the government Koffer.

If the process was as you said you experienced it in of cost and processing time frame, i don't think many prospective builders will be complaining the way they do now.

The process is exactly as i described, for me. However, like i said initially, there are possibilities that others won't have the dame experience.

I am also learning more from every contribution.

I will be processing another approval soon and i might as well share my experience.
