However, this will depend on the bank and the branch of the bank because some banks may not bother to participate or some branches of the bank may not be aware of the exercise.This talk about form is confusing,does this imply that there is a prospectus and that some banks will have the forms on the opening day .

Some media news says that Otedola acquired about 5% before now.......thru some Companies.........bringing his stake to over 10%. Though no formal notification as to that effect (the initial 5%).

It is you and your broker that needs blame not the registrar.
Ask for transfer form from your broker .You will need to sign only in two places and send back to your broker. Your broker will fill other required info in the form and to cscs which takes about two weeks

It appears as these registrars are hiding something,why won't they tell the shareholder that this is what to do. Thanks bros for this valuable information. Newbies to note.

Go back at least from page 2000 or more, however,if you have gone through the pages you mentioned, you should have learnt fairly enough to begin trading.
