There are easy and hard calls, there always seems to be calls on queue, several hundred. From the much I know, there's no AI transcript, you the audio and run it through Otter and past back in the editor. There's also 'clean verbatim' and 'full verbatim' type transcripts. Maybe Qa is easier, but GoT pays better and offers payment options. At the end, it probably boils down to just learning their system. I'd still like to have Paypal, I'm still learning their ropes although I have one 5 rating already.
