key not detected kept showing on the dashboard, and the key will not ignite, initially i thought we only needed to replace the battery in the fob, in-which we did,but still the same result.

My wife did her biometric on the 6th of August 2021. Three months after her biometric she is yet to get her port back.
She called the ukvi and sent emails, she was told a decision has made.
She has also been to tls and tls said ukvi have not sent her port back.
Kindly advise us on what to do.
