Having read most of the write ups . It will be bad if I didn’t say a thing or two. Wildchild1 , kindly find time to check the phone physically with your engineer and see the claim of the buyer and if you are convinced that no physical/water damage has been on the phone . Then it’s best both of you come up with a refund plan. Yes, it’s easier said than done especially when it involves refund( in of loss). It’s one of the most painful and difficult thing to do in business. Stay strong Chief.

Enough with the insults here and there. What are the chances of refunding the buyer of the total amount of money while you sell off the items when it lands. Let all of this , it has dragged enough and it’s time to put all this to an end. Kindly let everyone know how soon you can refund. Buyer seems to want a refund due to the inconsistency in your statements. Mind you, people still use private shipper, but seems there are lies here and there. Do well to refund buyer.

The moment people stopped posting ads without the names of their picker/shipper i knew that sooner or later we'll have a scam issue.

Also i am of the opinion that all new persons who are interested in selling TLC must undergo numerous AIN sales first before they can proceed to selling TLC. That way a form of reputation is built.
