ok great but was talking about machines for leg curls, leg extensions, leg press. those are not stuff you see in every gym around here and one who squats 180kg is no "small
"man
and I still want to know your strength levels if that's not a problem.
PRISTINEMUSCLES:
The sole reason why i began this journey of iron-pumping was for the health benefits.
Tommorow, i will be giving us a breakdown of why everyone should lift whether you a man, a woman, an elder or a teenager. Even newborns(just kidding), at least they can exercise with their mother's jugs or feeding bottles.
Watch Out.
hey pristinemuscles. how's it going. i would like to know your bench, deadlift, squats, curls 5reps max in kg you too nelson . I want to have an idea what one should aim for in of strength growth.
what's your routine like? are you looking to tone your belly in only 3weeks? cause from what I see you're going to need a whole lot more than 3 weeks. just make exercising and eating healthy and responsibly a lifestyle. make long term goals rather than short term ones. there's really no such thing as "belly toning" per se just make your goal losing overall body fat and the flat belly will come. But I like your enthusiasm and You look like you know what you're doing
nelson7777:
2day is leg day, my body go hear am 2day..
My routine 4 dis evening..
5 set back squat
3 set front squat
3 sets weighted walking lunges
4 sets leg curls
4 set single leg curl
4 set legs extension...
Then might add light weight stiff leg deadlift....
Then go home and cry
first of, are you a pro athlete?
I'm really fascinated your gym , one in nigeria, has this many machines. where is your gym located and how long have you been lifting for?
nelson7777:
there is d slangs we use in one of d gyms i use in lagos
we say, dat guy na backyard boy, or na backyard,
i knw u r wondering wats is he saying, it is jst a simple way we identify guys who work out in a gym and who works out in their backyard or at home in general,
every home gym/backyard has a bench and dumbbells but 95% of them hardly ever ever hv a squat rack, which results to their having d johnny bravo looks, " no legs, no ass" ( calfs is more of a personal decision), equals to an abnormal and an unbalanced look.
This write up is to advise most of u dat prefers working out at home i dnt hv a single problem wit dat, but i must ask " do you squat" does ur home gym hv a squat rack.. if it does pls proceed n more muscles to ur thighs
bt if it does nt pls fix a 1 day u go to a gym n squat a.k.a legs day. "it is a must".
most people will say no we squat we do leg programs without weight dats some serious bullshit, u bench press more dan 100kg n u expect ur body weight squat to make u symmetrical like frank zane or arnold
lets say u weigh 80kg nw divide ur upper body vs ur lower body 40 _ 40 kg each, bross u won build legs with 40kg while ur shoulders n chest they carry times 2 dat.
Yes footballer builds legs without weight but it fits their own sports with their own sport physique ( footballer physique), u want to confirm right? Ok
Christian ronaldo hv a fantastic leg 4 footballer i agree 100% in ur head divide C ronaldos upper body 4rm his lower body, nw divide d upper body 4rm d lower body of arnold / frank zane / phils heath, or any bodybuilder u cn think of nw puts arnold upper body on c ronaldo fantastic lower body, does it match
Pls help ur self they r 2 hardest part of d body a man can build which is not his chest or arms
It is d legs first n d back second. ....
Someday we will talk about hw d back muscles is very important 4 man....
I throway salute to d boss pristine muscles
I'm only a student of the law. To bring a lawsuit on libel or slander (tly called defamation, an individual has to show that s(he) suffered a personal injury to his/her reputation due to a false publication or verbal statement by another entity.
Now, the affected individual who is bringing the cause of action, also has to show that the alleged false statement was specifically addressed to him. So, if I say nurse Jide Fabiyi steaks patients' medication, he will have the standing to sue me for defamation if he can prove that my statement injured his reputation, and was false.
But if I say "all Nigerian nurses engage in occultic practices while at work", no single Nigerian nurse would have the standing to sue because I didn't mention a particular nurse in my statement.
you've done well. it's like a lawyer waking up to sue because someone said all lawyers are liars. besides no one called nurses quacks. the guy just drew an unreasonable meaning from those headlines. You'd have thought his lawyer would advise him better
Incase you are a legal practitioner, it only highlights why and where our judicial system is today,,,,,u claimed he lacks the locu standi to file for a sue? Isn't he a Nigerian Nurse? and doubted the injury caused him by this publication? it makes me wanna throw up. you are a corrupt person. Do you know that, parts of these publications are responsible for why people like you come to the hospital and look down on Nurses who stand by your bed to ensure you still inhale oxygen and come out of coma. Anyways,,,let me allow you continue with your evil practice.
If someone damages your reputation by way of slander or libel, you may have grounds to sue for defamation. "Slander" is the crime of making a false, spoken statement damaging a person’s reputation."Libel" is a false published, written statement damaging a person’s reputation. Some states combine libel and slander claims under the umbrella term “defamation.” Other states still distinguish between the two, requiring the appropriate civil suit for the respective offense. so whatever state Nigeria claims to be,,,punch newspaper is culpable. And just to address your submission further, here are steps to consider when filling for defamation as equally captured by plaintiff in this case:
1Analyze the statement.Decide if the statement made against you falls into the category of slander, libel, or the blanket category of defamation.
2Prove that the statement was published. Published statements make a better case when seeking damages because you can more easily prove the mass exposure of the statement. Legally, "published" refers to information heard by a third party outside yourself and the defamer.
3. Prove the statement was false.A defamatory statement must actually be false. If true, you don't have grounds to sue.
4 Prove that the statement caused injury. You must show that the statement harmed you in a concrete way. Assess how the statement affected you. Determine whether you can prove that your life changed for the worse because people believed the statement and now view you differently.
5. Determine if the statement is protected by “absolute privilege.” In some legal situations, people are asked to make statements without having to worry that they will get sued for defamation. Such statements are protected by “absolute privilege.” For example, a witness could testify falsely in court and the statement may have the same consequences as any other defamatory statement, but that witness is protected by absolute privilege. Is punch under such privilege in this instance?
6. 7Determine if the statement is protected by “qualified privilege.” In some circumstances, people have a right to make a particular statement. Such statements are considered “qualified privileged.” For example, statements by an employer about whether a former employee is fit to perform a new job may be protected by the qualified privilege. Are Nigerian Nurses employees of Punch?
Proudly Nigerian Male Nurse.

lol quit displaying your ignorance of how the law works. don't comment on issues you know nothing about.
he'll fail in court. the law of defamation doesn't work that way. there is no defamation here at all. the defamatory words must be addressed to the person purporting defamation.
Mickey it's true what she said. It ain't fraud. I had to go to the cyber Cafe to change the course first, it is then Jamb will give the person ission letter. This process is kinda long and not the use of scratch cards we used to do in the past. Those selling scratch cards for Jamb are outta business cos the process is done mainly online. I did my sister's own yesterday, took me an hour to complete everything .
