You can settle for Iphone7plus. Your 100k should get you chip unlocked. While 20k more to your budget should get you Factory unlocked.

I have both Mint Rosegold Iphone7plus(32gb) and Iphone7 Rosegold(128gb) just arrived fom US. Selling for 120 and 95k respectively.
