Undergraduate (Utme) registration started last Monday and is ongoing at Faculty level. Yes, Non-Academic Staff Union ( NASU) is on strike, but that won't affect registration. Postgraduate registration is being delayed cos some departments are yet to their complete ission lists. By tomorrow, i'm sure most departments(if not all) would have ed their lists.

While we wait for the payment advice to be made available online for printing, bear in mind that Unilag hardly change anything concerning ission. Things appear fixed year to year, from sales of forms, examination time table, results release to registration. They seem to follow same pattern. Considering this, you can expect the acceptance fee to be same as that of last session -61,500. So prepare your mind towards this fee. Also tuition fee for various departments likely to remain unchanged. Also endeavour to get all your credentials ready, as registration for newly itted postgraduate students would start as soon as the payment advice is available for printing. You can check the spgs.unilag.edu.ng for registration guidelines. Happy Sunday.

I don't know who to believe anymore but that's not the point here -
This is the reason why most rape victims do not come out. the society questions the credibility of your narration, people blame you for been wayward, dressing seductively if not no one will rape you, it's not easy to prove rape...
And lots of people are asking how she will get married as if marriage solve her problem, the girl is mentally damaged due to rape or terrible relationship, they are talking about marriage.
Our society still has to grow a lot and after seeing how media, paid and zealous Nigerians are after her head, I doubt if any other rape victim will speak out soon.

There are good people and there are bad people.. A wicked and unforgiving person will always be irrespective of his religion. they are human being first before they are Muslims.
I wish you will see what they did to you as bad and not put their religion in consideration. They did that to you not because of its what islam preaches but because of who they are. Its also nice to avoid ethnic, tribal and religious generalization.
SIWES is just a phase in life, let it go...Muslim or not, people will treat you the way you allow them treat you, carry yourself with self worth, don't give people the opinion you will take everything they dish out. Think about what your fault was in this matter and work on it to too. Don't EVER allow any one treat you like you worth less than you do, don't be overtly nice.
