They use the .org.... Why I wanted more was cause in Jan their branch ag,mission got the .com from Mike mann and we know his sales aren't cheap... So I wan suck my own suck.... But lost confidence wen the version they own the trademark for which is Ffar....short for foundation,far... Tho na .org they use Was for sale for like 20k so I collect anything jare......I tell am send me counter offer since u no gree go higher make I accept he no do for 2 hours so I decided to send him counter myself he accepted and paid in less than 30 sec... The "counselor" sale is my second-lowest so far; the lowest was $69 back around when I started making sales. I did a one-day discount price of $100. The one person who responded later in the day offered $75 and I accepted, provided they paid within a limited time. When I looked at the search stat file weeks later, I felt I greatly undersold. But it's still a gain, so I move.

The Atlanta sale was a curious one. When I saw the Afternic email, I was so happy. But when I saw the sale price, the happiness reduced. I had that domain priced at $495 and pointed to DAN! Initially, I couldn't how the price was set to $150 at Afternic; even when I offered a discount during outbound, it was $299. I later found out that I had reduced the price along with those of some other domains that would be due for renewal by February; forgot to change it there after the renewal. I had to quickly go and check my Afternic portfolio after the sale and couldn't find any other domain priced so low. The buyer was lucky. 🤨 To cap it all, I have not received the payout 20 days after!

That Atlanta sale was the only one I had in June.

Yes I get all of them manually, initially I use the scrapping services of one of the busses here and has been really helpful but recently manually sourcing from my leads has proven more effective
