It seem like it's just a formality, the question they ask is for psycometric test. Below is the only question I can though they ask about 5 question . Are you capable of taking decisions on your own?

entry level is com 08 step II. Though there were rumours then that they wanted to acknowledge some courses with professional certification but that didn't materialise before we left( ing (chartered by ICAN) Engineering ( COREN)
