You’re to go with the following: two coloured copies of your port data page, one copy of appointment letter (black and white), biometric instruction letter(black and white), international port and a pen.
Ensure you write your email address and phone number on the two coloured copies of your port data page.

For how to get there. Though, I don’t know how to go from your side. But for me, I took brt to CMS, then from CMS entered Lekki-Aja bus. Drop at Ikate Roundabout, then cross to the other side. Opposite the round out is Lekki phase 2 estate gate. Enter the gate and just walk down till you get to VFS building. It’s like 3-4 minutes walk. Also, it’s on the left side of the road.

Good evening. I tried to schedule an appointment but the site says I have an appointment even after many trials while no schedule is shown from my profile. I'm confused. I even tried another email I have but the same issue. What will you advise on this?

IOM right? I had same problem. I even had to go to their office and they said their site is currently down and all bookings are through emails. So, all you have to do is to send them a mail about scheduling an appointment with them and they will respond with the details you should provide and thereafter they schedule you for an earliest date possible. Mind you, the initial email you send may be responded in two/three days so just be patient. Also, ensure that you’re sending to the right email address, that is LAGOS or ABUJA.

You can book by sending them a mail. Attach your letter of ission if you are doing upfront medical.

Attach letter from IRCC if you were requested to go for medicals

And they will respond.

Go to IOM, meet there customer care and give them your ticket ID explaining the issue. They will send you a booking confirmation email with the exact date of your medicals
