if you go through the thread....you will actually see that I shared my experience in the 1st interview wc was indeed a weird one that I almost gave up hope but Grace helped me as I was among the 27 that were eventually invited for the 2nd interview. I am writing this because this group has actually been indispensable to my success from the beginning.
The 2nd interview was really a chat as the MD, Nnamdi Okonkwo will make you relax. After he asked me to introduce myself, he asked me why should I hire you? & that was all. After I answered, he nodded & said I will hire you & signed on my paper. As I was about leaving, he said "see you in TS". Before the interview, he told us he wasn't going to ask us any question on banking because he knows we are not all banking and finance students; infact, he said we are going to learn banking during the TS. Hence all his questions were just introduction & why should I hire you?
That was really all. From some of his statements, there are going to be batches. So everyone should just relax cos it might take some time but it will work out at the end.
God's Grace to those yet to do their 2nd interview & even those on queue for the 1st interview.

Well abuja second interview was more like a chat. The MD wasn't available to interview us but we had d interview.nothing out of d blue just introduction n asking u som questions from ur cv o anything random. And wat area do u like to work in the banking n other petty questions. It was nice actually nothing to kill urself abt
Still haven't heard from them @ Ph for the second interview

I didn't apply online as well, I gave someone my CV and I was called for d test.... Did my interview yesterday @ Abuja center, d were nice, but they asked me some incredible questions like; whats d name of olubadan of Ibadan, alaafin of Oyo, ooni of Ife, name of minister of communication, full name of CBN Governor, vision, mission, of d bank, CREST, what is banking, y did I want to pursue my career with fidelity bank is it because I hear that they pay well, they didn't ask me anything abt my course(political Science) I was so tensed @ first bcs they r questions were incredible, they offer me water... And they said they ll see me in d next phase if I scale through dis one, I said I believe I've scale through already and they all shouted AMEN lastly, they asked me my location, I answered JOS and d only woman that was there was like, @last weve seen someone that doesn't want Abuja... I pray that ll serve as an advantage

I was turned back today. I swore an affidavit since January 10th. The HR lady said a sworn affidavit should have been done at least one year before now. I've not recovered from the shock still.

Well the interview isn't that stressful I heard the interviewers here in abj complain that only 1 in ten ed the interview n they schedule 40 ppl each day and dressing smart n neat attracts bonus point of 20marks so if u don't dress well u giving away ur bonus dat can aid u. And the questions isn't a big deal but ur composure o.
D questions were like wats economics (my field)
What is recession and causes as it relates to GDP
How can govt tackle recession
What is banking
How do banks make money
What's fidelity mission n vision
What's the current issue happening in d world
Electric train moving from north to south which side would d smoke blow
Ministers of trade finance state governors full name o
Please if u don't kn just calmly tell them u don't n request dey tell u in order to know coz if u say wrong it's big zero there
If you the interview it's straight to their training school
I was asked the first question too, but the others I wasn't, president of us, pm of England, VP of us, then , tell me about yourself, how cbn regulates banks, not much though. Well I wish us best of luck

I did my interview with them on the 29th of April, it was fun though and the conversation was interesting but i fumbled a question, nevertheless I was told to trim my beards the next time I was coming. I don't know if that was a green light Ehen and non of my doc was returned to me. Haven't heard from them since then. Does anyone have any idea?
