We came back from the market, and I followed her to the Kitchen to help her out, by that time my brother was back and was doing his laundry, they were still not talking, while in the Kitchen,out of no where she kissed me it came as a shock,but still I didn't talk and just acted as though nothing happened..

That very evening I was supposed to go out with a girl I just met,she overheard my convo with my girl and she said I was not going to leave her like my elder brother did,and suddenly she acted all possessive, I ignored her,went out and came back, then she started giving me a bad attitude, I ignored her...

After then we made up,until a particular day,I told her I wasn't interested anymore, she got angry and said I should go ask my brother that guys don't reject her and she has lots of irers, more reason my brother is always begging her after each break up,I got angry at those words and it all finished that day..she made a comment about how she was going to frustrate me in the house

Since,then it's been one argument and insult and a day came,she cooked ,counted the meat in her stew and went out,I was surprised, but didn't talk,then at night she served my elder bro,and he requested she put our food together, she said the food was only for my elder bro,he got angry and she beat her,this all happened at night and I wasn't home,the next day she said she was leaving, but my brother said I should help him plead,felt reluctant at first,but I obliged, and begged her,she left the following day,within me I was happy...

Then she came back last week Tuesday and we talked normal, until she started her hostility, she eats and drop the plate anywhere, she brought in neighborhood kids and the litter the room, i told her my elder bro about it,he said nothing, then a particular night ,precisely three days ago,I came in around past 10pm ,those kids were already sleeping, told them to go into their own room and sleep, cos there Dad and Mum were not back yet,instead she told them to all come to the bed and sleep, I got angry and left the room..

Yesterday morning, I told her about it as she was already packing her stuffs,cos she has measles and wanted yo go home to treat it,I told her how I wasn't okay with what she did the previous night,she kinda took my words wrong,and started talking and even mentioned how i was inconveniencing my elder bro since I came to Lagos and how I never knew how they survived,I was just laughing at her words then she called my brother and told him everything, he called me and asked while I was insulting her,I told him everything then went to his shop to tell him all that happened, Surprisingly my elder brother already knew all what happened, she told him, I asker him why didn't he ask me or talk about it,he didn't say anything, asked if I was inconveniencing him,he stylishly dodged the question, and said nobody will tell him who or who not to marry..I told my mum about it she was shocked at my elder bro response..... Now am really confused about what to do,would have packed out yesterday if I had somewhere else to stay.....

No amount of exercise will get rid of that female breast tissue in a man.

Bro you jus told my story. I have been battling gynecomastia for the past 3 years now, I also noticed it for the first time back then in NYSC camp bauchi state, I was also told it will disappear with time on its own(I believed the doctor and didn't get any drugs) but this has not been the case as it has more than doubled over this 3 years period. Am presently considering surgery to completely remove it and then initiate testosterone therapy

Evening all,was at the Somolu general hospital yesterday, the doctor said it's some sort of hormonal imbalance, and said I should go for a scan which I couldn't do cos of the amount,but I was surprised when she checked my BP and it reads 150/100,like that is way too high for me,she further said I should go for blood test.... which I will do once I have enough cash.....just thought of updating you guys and if there are things I should stop doing to reduce my BP......thanks

Gonna make this short....

Started feeling pain exactly a year ago during NYSC at Kano on my right breast, did some online inquiry and suspected Gynecomastia, as i wasn't so sure, i went to the community hospital and the Doctor said it's what i suspected, and said it was as a result of Hormonal imbalance, he gave me drug prescription, which i took to the Pharmacy and sadly they had just one of the three, as i wasn't sure of taking an incomplete dosage, i didn't buy the drug... Sadly while packing my stuffs at the end of the service year i left the drug prescribed for me at Kano, now it seems the Gynecomastia won't go, although there as been no real increase in the size, but i still can't wear tight hug shirts like i used to...... need an advice on what to do, and by the way am 23.....
although a medical friend said it will go away with time, he's still a medical student though..

Am usually not the type that does things like this, but it seems i can't help it all by myself,and i hope i get constructive replies no matter how bitter they are.

I recently concluded my NYSC, last month precisely, since then have been in search of Job, nothing seems forthcoming for now, hoping on God, now to the main reason am here.

There's this girl i started dating just early this year, we were good friends just before I asked her out and she said yes, mid way this year, i found out I had Gynecomastia, for those who know what it is, it can ruin your confidence and soak you into depression, i wasn't myself for weeks, cos it was all strange to me.. then around June, my phone calibration got bad, out of frustration i smashed it against the wall, then i called my girl and told her my phone got spoilt and we might not be talking so often, but i promised to always her, which i did using a fellow corper phone, including chatting her via WhatsApp...

Then just ending of August she sent me a WhatsApp message saying, she wants off the relationship, i was actually surprised, cos we had no issues or whatsoever and we actually talked well days to the break-up, problem now is that since then, have not been able to get her off my mind, and ob more than two occasions have tried making uo but she told me she's moved on and i should go make it in life, after deleting her , i got it back from her friend without a reason, thing is am the type with a soft mind..... and am actually finding it difficult to focus on life......
