You can use your , Student visa is point based as long as you meet those points, submit authentic documents and are a genuine student you should be fine

Also your POF is for your study in the UK.

Plz help. I applied for a visit visa in 2020 and 2021 but I was danied based on lump sum of money in my financial statement ordo my monthly income is less than 100k. I'm planing to apply for a student visa by September now but my fear is that if I used my for POF won't it show as a RED FLAG Or should I use my mom as POF? ordo she's very old plz advise

Form A takes 3months now but to unblock fund is witin 24hrs

Please Guru in d house, I apply 4a tourist visa 2021 n I stated I have 1mm plus in my I was rejected for lump sum, 2022 I apply for standard visitor Visa again but this time I'm going 4a conference n d association that sponsored n fund mya with 1mm n I also ve 700+ in my acct making 1.7mm also rejected due to lump sum again please I'm going for my master nxt year 2023 please can I use my bank statement or my brother that want to sponsor me I should use his bank statement kindly advise

My advise merged cover letter and statement of together let the cover letter be on top and statement of follow. So there is no how d Eco wil miss it. Under finances.

I got my port today, 6months visiting visa approved, first time applicant, virgin port. My timeline was as follows;
Biometrics at Ikeja - 6th June 2022
Application transferred and received by DMC - 7th June 2022.
My cousin that sent the invitation letter was called on 22 July 2022
Application transferred and received by VAC - 29 July
port picked up by DHL - 29 July 2022
port delivered - 1 August 2022.

Cousin’s British port
Cousins wedding certificate (husband is also British)
Cousins 1 month payslip
Cousins employment letter (Doctor)
Cousins 1 month utility bill to show proof of residence

Please, guys, my friend has submitted her UK student visa application. She has been denied 3 times in the past for some reasons but nothing insincere. She also stated the refusals in her application form.

First refusal -Sep 2014 - She was an NYSC corper and she wanted to travel for her brother's Masters graduation in the UK. She was refused because the ECO said that corpers are not allowed to travel out of Nigeria during their service year.
2nd refusal -Nov 2019 - She had a well-paying job but was refused due to large deposits in the (they were actually investments that matured but she didn't write a cover letter to explain).
3rd refusal -Jan 2022 - She wanted to go and visit her mother and brother for Christmas who are residents in the UK. Her application was perfect but she was unjustly refused. She submitted 2 bank s. One has over $10k which she used as her POF for the trip. The second one had just ₦300k but she only put it there to prove that she was a salary earner. What is funny is that the ECO quoted her dollar bank number saying that it is her Naira then stated that she didn't have enough money for the trip. We had actually seen some people on NL complain about this before and how ECOs completely pretend like they didn't see a second bank (mostly for visitor's visas) but she never knew it would happen to her too.

She has her CAS from the University of Manchester, she has her English evidence, employment letter, payslips for all the years she has worked, TB certificate and ₦20 million in her as proof of finances even though she only needed ₦15 million as POF.
Please what are her chances of getting a student visa? will she be denied based on her previous refusals?

Application r treated on individual merit however, if d previous refusal is nt upto 6months she will be advised to hold-on even before CAS is issued.
