Okay. VFS Lagos replied my mail saying the courier guys delayed the delivery of our ports. I tire.

Sent mine via Abuja VFS, it took 2 weeks to get to Accra. Hopefully the rest of the process would progress smoothly.

Yes my bro. I got a message about decision envelope and stuff, and then got another saying my port has been received and is forwarded to IRCC for processing. I'm kinda confused.

I checked tracking and this is what I saw

Used EXT to transmit (handled the process of sending it electronically to EXT) my Unilorin transcript WES. They forwarded it to WES the same day they received it from Unilorin. Unfortunately the person that helped me to process & send to EXT is no longer reliable. If you can find someone that works in the academic records office they should be able process it for you.

You can book the available date and reach out to them via email to schedule you for a closer date (if it's available).

Booked an appointment earlier this week (IOM Abuja) and it only went through when selected Immigrant instead of Skilled Migrant, you might want to check that.

Hi everyone,

I got an ADR to provide a 6 months bank statement as proof I was paid in my one of the companies I used to claim points and to also pay the RPRF.

Regarding the bank statement, will it suffice to provide a bank statement highlighting my last six payments at said company? (I spent over two years there)

I submitted my application (AOR- March 2021) without paying the RPRF but paid for it back in October 2021 and raised a webform (which was acknowledged) with the receipt. Should I just go ahead an re- the receipt again?

Didn't create my express entry profile until when my cima evaluation was complete, have changed the 3 years bachelors to the option with one year certificate?

Some people have reported experiencing delays in profile updates recently, that might be the issue you're facing.

That should work, you can also request that they send it directly to you and you it yourself(this is the approach I followed).

If you have your letter of good standing for CIMA, you should it. Seems like that's last document withholding the evaluation.

I am very new here and I can see people talking about Cima here and there for Wes evaluation. My question is this, does Cima qualification give you additional mark and how do I claim it. My qualifications are HND, BSc, ACA, ACCADIPIFR, MSc ing in view. I will appreciate response here. Thanks

Evaluating your HND and BSC should you give points for two or more degrees, MSc (along) would give you slightly more points. Don't know about the rest but clearly you don't need to write CIMA for extra points.

Secondly, does it mean that one has to be a ed student for at least six months before CIMA can issue a favourable letter of good standing.

I ed in May.

I can't confirm if the good standing letter can be sent to students that haven't been for more than 6 months though, if you're already a student you can reach out to them to clarify.

Mine stated that I've been ed as a student of CIMA for more than six months, and I have achieved the following designation - the Certificate in Business ing. It also stated that CIMA exams are written in English and mentioned the requirements to be a management ant.

Hi guys, my WES evaluation just came back and it was positive (Bachelors degree and CIMA was evaluated as a 'college level certificate - one year').

Wrote my final BA exam in August and immediately ed CIMA to send my transcript and letter of good standing to WES but I suspected they only sent the transcript cos the update on my profile only mentioned the transcript. I moved on to focus on getting my undergraduate transcript sent to WES and it eventually got to WES on the 27th of November and my profile was updated accordingly. Reading Pashe777's story last week prompted me to reach out to CIMA for a letter of good standing to be sent to me which I then ed using the ' documents' section and my profile was updated again last week friday with two entries under CIMA. Just logged into my WES profile this evening and saw the evaluation report.

Heard that cima doesn’t give letter of good standing to students ed below 6months.

You don't need to wait 6 months before before writing the exams but might have to wait before you can use it to claim extra points cos CIMA isn't currently issuing certificates and I believe the letter of good standing is only issued after 6 months of being a member.

And do they have accents?

Mine was with a lady with a British accent, I had no problems communicating with her though. Just be prepared for the possibility of conversing with someone that has a foreign (British, American or Australian) accent. Speak naturally though, there's no need to fake an accent, focus on communicating clearly, all the best.
