Yes, it can but must also be ed during the dependant application. What this means is that main applicant and dependant have separate applications . So the POF should be ed on each application but do well to indicate it on the dependant application that the POF ed bears the name of the main applicant and covers the maintenance of both parties involve.

I would like to apply now because fund as stayed in my for the required 28 days, if I have to transfer fund to my wife's , that means we would have to start counting the 28days which will delay application.
