The context is not clear. Did you get your PPR before you raised the CSE for newborn or after?

The scenario I'm more familiar with is getting PPR mail, CSE to add newborn, ADR, ing newborn documents, receiving a new PPR and a new deadline.

HRgirl:
Hello good people

Please i want to ask a quick question. I want to add my new born after i have gotten the PPR Mail. After several harrassment they have finally sent me the letter of with info on what i need to do and opened up a space on my profile for me to documents.

Now my question is after i have ed all documents medicals, baby's port and so on, would i wait for them to get back to me or i just go ahead and continue to send my port inclusive of baby's own. They gave me 15days which is almost spent and gave me another 30days to submit babys things..i'm just a bit confused on how to know they have gotten all i sent or if i should just go ahead and send my ports for copr after i have done all they said in the letter.

Please i need help

Hi All,

Please let's sheathe our swords.

While I agree with most of the sentiments regarding people who keep taking and never give back, I've come to the conclusion that people will always do what they will do.

Let's stop replying back, back and forth and let's move on.

I can see where the confusion is.

I don't think 6221 will fly as your JD lacks these 3 lines that I think are critical:
Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing
Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services

6411 which looks to be a better fit is NOC C.

Do you supervise a team of salespersons?

babiechic:
Dear NOC gurus in the house, please help me out, I have been at a crossroad with the appropriate NOC to choose: below is my job description, I believe it fits into NOC 6221, kindly correct me if I’m wrong please.

Have you submitted your eAPR? When was your AOR?

No issues, as far as I know if you resign after AOR (if your PR application under Skilled Workers, EE FSW).

If you are concerned about ADR, get your payslips before you resign.

Upton:
Good evening fam, I am in a bit of dilemma.

Please what are the consequences of quitting ones job before getting PR?

So I am seriously thinking about quitting my current job which I used to claim points; I actually accepted the appointment May last year because I needed to meet up to three years working experience, which I got a couple of months ago before entering the pool in March. At the time of filling my EE application, I decided to continue working at this place until April( this month) when I will clock one year at the job, so I used it as current job.

I have read instances where they ask for payslips/bank deposits ADR covering the entire period you are using to claim points, which would become a problem if someone quits and don't inform CIC and I have also read how quitting a job led to one brother going to Accra for interview because he resigned and informed CIC.

Someone advised me to hang in at my current place of work but the truth is the working condition is terrible and depressing. Getting up to three years work experience is what motivated me to stay on the job this long and considering there is no fixed duration of PR processing, I wouldn't really want to keep living like this.

I wouldn't want to complicate my application and that's why I am here to ask for advice. Thank you all.

Since it is stated in your payslip, I think you are ok. On a side note, don't you deposit in your after receiving in cash?

Hmm. If it is just a few days difference, I don't think it will matter.

pejuhazel:
I just received the 5 ADR's from Accra, my problem now is that my salary was paid in cash and it is stated in my pay slip. What can I do about the request for the bank statement showing salary deposits?
Also, I can't the exact dates I filled in the personal history section for my past addresses, will this affect our application negatively?

It is fine.

nelronaldo:

Well in my case, i have a sibling who is in Canada on student Visa. I declared No in the column when asked about a sibling in Canada who is a PR and then listed him as part of my family in my application. However, I didn't write an LOE to say my sibling is not a PR in CA. I only mentioned him and the city he is staying in Canada in the column where we have to mention parents and other family . I hope this is fine?

I am coming for the full gist, but please a quick one, I have a new addition to my family about three weeks ago, so I informed C otttawa through the CSE I raised earlier. But to my surprise, their response came with a PPR message yesterday morning, while asking me to submit my baby’s birth certificate for her own application.
Later last night I discovered that my profile has been opened and they have sent the details of what I need to for her own application to be added.
Good for us, we have done her international port, birth cert and medicals. All documents are reading for ing.
However, I am a lil bit confused, should we still go ahead to our port including our new baby’s own as demanded by the PPR letter. The letter states that all port must be submitted on or before May 1st.

That's a tough one.

1. If you go as non-accompanying and do not provide PCC or medicals for the spouse and kids, in addition to a LOE, you must provide proof that you have exhausted all options to get your wife and kids to do medicals.

Your application will then be at the discretion of a VO/MO. According to Section 5.12 of the OP2 Processing Manual:
"Officers should be open to the possibility that a client may not be able to make a family member available for examination. If an applicant has done everything in their power to have their family member examined but has failed to do so, and the officer is satisfied that they are aware of the consequences of this (i.e., no future sponsorship possible), then a refusal of their application for non-compliance would not be appropriate.
Officers must decide on a case-by-case basis using common sense and good judgment whether to proceed with an application even if all family have not been examined. Some scenarios where this may likely occur include where an ex-spouse refuses to allow a child to be examined or an overage dependant refuses to be examined. Proceeding in this way should be a last resort and only after the officer is convinced that the applicant cannot make the family member available for examination. The applicant themselves cannot choose not to have a family member examined."

2. You can decline and apply as married but separated. If you choose that option, there are documents you must as evidence. See here and here.

3. You have to be careful of misrepresentation. If the kids are legally yours, whether or not they are biologically yours, you have to include them as your children. They don't have to be accompanying.

Darlken:
Hi Good people, I got an ITA but I included my spouse in EOI although as non-accompanying. She has 2 kids that are not mine and they cannot leave the country to me. Now, our relationship is estranged and there is no way she will assent to get a police report nor accompany me to get medicals done with the kids as requested by in the application. Honestly, our issues have nothing to do with my application to relocate. So, should I decline the application as apply as married living separately or go ahead with my application and explain the situation with a letter of explanation? Please, I need opinions.

The international DL is just a translation of your drivers license.

It becomes invalid once your drivers license expires.

https://internationaldrivingpermit.org/frequently-asked-questions/

If your drivers license has less than 30 days validity, you can go for its renewal and make an arrangement for someone to pick up for you and send.

Obi1conte:
Hello ALL
Please landed seniors and those with the knowledge, would an international DL suffice for the normal DL in Calgary? My normal DL is expiring soon and i dont think i'ld be able to get it reissued before leaving because of time constraints.
I hear the international DL take 2weeks to process, should i go for it or just present my expired DL?

Check for your NOC here:https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html

As long as your NOC is group 0, A or B, and you were paid, you are eligible.
