I sent my wife to deliver the material for the tro to you on the 28th day of November 2024 and she did.
You called me on 28th day of November 2024 at about 6pm and told me that you will not do my work again

I told you not to sew the tro but to deliver the shirt that you were the one to purchase material
You said no that you will not sew even the shirt
By this I will have to pay another person more expensive so as to abandon other people work and deliver my own to enable me wear the clothes for the occasion on 30th of November 2024
I had gone to 2 different tailors and they all charge me extra N10, 000 for express work
This extra N10, 000 will be on you as it was your duty to provide the material for the shirt and you fail so the extra expenses will be on you
If at the end of 30th November 2024 you fail to pay me to enable me attend the occasion legal action will be instituted against you and the cost of legal action will be on you
the tro was not that important it was just an addition to the shirt. I beg you to deliver the shirt to me and leave the tro but you refused.
