Hello everyone, I am a genuinely concerned investor and this post is directed at those that have been complaining about ROI delays. Is it remotely possible that some of you opted for the quarterly ROI plan without even knowing you did? I'm just thinking out loud because I know that for offline investors, the 6 months plan has been modified to a quarterly ROI structure while the 12 months plan still maintains the monthly ROI structure. So it could be possible that some of you expecting monthly ROI might be under the quarterly ROI plan... but if that's not the case, then I apologize for being presumptuous. Notwithstanding, It's best for those who are genuinely experiencing delayed ROI payments to reach out to the MBA team on their official platform or send a mail to them or visit their office. Thank you

Please those that invest through online, how long did it take for deposit to reflect on your dashboard

i invested through their online platform, mine took about 5 hours to reflect on my dashboard after making the deposit. I'm guessing mine took that long because I made the deposit on a weekend (Saturday) but it reflected the same day. hope this helps

When you , you will see some notifications highlighted in red, "Attention Needed". Click on " my identity" to your details. Also, fill in your name and bank details.

thanks so much for your response, although I did not see any notification highlighted in red , I went to 'verification" under general settings" and it said "congratulations, your identity has been verified successfully".

i guess this means I can commence with the investment

I have already ed on mbatrades website, I can see my dashboard, do i just go ahead to start making deposits? were you required to fill any KYC requirement, if yes where can i find this menu? did they send you details of your investment subsequently? so sorry for bombarding you with all these questions, i am about to make the deposit and i do not want to make any mistake in the process.

good morning fellow Nairalanders, i am a potential investor and I am about to start my journey with MBA, I have ed on the online platform but I cannot find any part for KYC documentation such as BVN, PICTURE ETC. please I just want to confirm how MBA would be able to my identity without all these information being requested. I can see my dashboard but I just want to be sure I have not missed any step on the platform before I make the required deposit for the investment. I'll be hoping to read from any online investor to guide me through the process. thank you
