There has been news all around the internet about the 117 years old Japanese granny, who celebrated her birthday March 5; news of how the Guinness World Records recognized her to be the oldest person in the world.

My question is, can this person really be the world's oldest person? With all the announcements that our Nigerian radios and TVs make everyday: of people who died at 120; and of others whose children are willing to literally feed the whole nation as their parents clock their twelfth decade on earth.

Is it that these announcements are all lies and those who claim to be 120 are not really so; or could it be, as I've always guessed, that those world records are not usually correct and well censored and the recorders need to work harder in the future to confirm the validity of what they'll term world's best, or oldest?

Second scene: Another man appeared on stage dejected, too, by how he’s being oppressed by the enemies; by Satan and his agents. He is confused and is seeking for a helper, a aid, who is merciful and powerful enough to save him from all oppressions.

Third scene: Welcome, two men appear on stage; one, a tyrant king and the other, his slave. The slave was suffering tortures from the king, his freedom to do anything was curtailed by the king so he was kept down and he feels like giving up on life unless a helper comes to his rescue and free him from the wicked king.

This king may denote the prince of this world who have been sent down to the world, ready to make the world and all those that are in it suffer by his presence, with lots of afflictions.

Fourth scene: A woman, this time, comes in with feelings of terrible pain all over his body. The pain seems to be too much for her to bear and she would either give up on life or expect the arrival of a comforter to ease her pain and suffering.

Fifth scene: All these people are in their various uncomfortable situation when a man who seems to be the town crier appeared with his metallic gong in hand; he informed the people that what he is about to say is nothing other than the good news to satisfy their expectations.

Everybody was alert and ready to receive the good news. So, the crier took his time and announced the arrival of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the savior and helper, who has come to save all that are afflicted from their afflictions; to aid all those who are being tortured; to heal the pains that anyone might be experiencing; to save all that are in one bondage or another, especially from the bondage of Sin, the deadly captor.

But this movie I just finished watching changed my mind. Imagine, It's got me weeping for hours now. Anytime I a scene, I will burst into tears again.

Authorities have not released details on what of in there's any relationship between Stevens and the victim. The alleged conduct took place in October 2011 and was reported to the district attorney’s office.

The victim, a Junior Secondary School student was invited into Emenuwa Achonam who was the prime suspect's appartment at 19, Majaro Street, Mafoluku, Lagos.

Achonam, a married man with five children, whose family was away, had carnal knowledge of the kid, alongside his two friends, Godwin Udoh, 22, and Emenike Orji, 20.

The Kid was thereafter instructed not to tell anyone and also threatened to kill her if she did.

But the terrible act was exposed after the teenager fell ill and was taken to a hospital only to be confirmed that she was pregnant, a development that reportedly threw her parents off balance.

The girl who was apparently oblivious of her present state briefed the policemen;
“Brother Achonam called me to buy drinks for his visitors. But when I got inside to collect the money, he asked me to pull my clothes and they started dipping their hands inside my womanhood before they had carnal knowledge of me. At the end they said they would kill me if I tell my parents or anyone about it."

When questioned, the prime suspect, Achonam, itted to having committed the crime, blaming it on the handiwork of the devil.

He disclosed that his wife travelled to the village to nurse their fifth child. On the part of his alleged partners in crime, they claimed they acted on Achonam’s instruction.

The case, was charged to Oshodi Magistrate court, from where it was transferred to the Ikeja family court.
