They claim we are in recession and they (government) spend monies on unnecessarily.

This party will cost a minimum of 100m.

Also, look at the sultan of sokoto's 10th anniversary over the weekend. I imagined how much monies spent on their (governors and president) trip. I am sure nothing less than 5b was collectively spent.

I have 1 questions

1) are we really in a recession?

Yea we are in a bad situation but good political will and favourable economic policy is what we need to get us out of this present state.

What rubbish

Please leave our leaders of tomorrow, don't corrupt their minds with this master, slave/stomach infrastructure mentality.

Also, in edo, they used child to protest. What mindset will they have after the protest and biscuit.

This is another from of corruption.

You increase your fees, you lose customers. Paying for dstv is now luxury, so be careful.

Already dstv cut some channels without any explanation

Oga your eyes will open soonest.

How will you manage your thoughts when the marriage is hot.

When the marriage hits the financial downturn, hope she will not return to her career.

For the unmarried or young, hoping to marry. Please marriage is not a joke or child's play. Always think of the future (positive and negative) with your partner and if you can cope.

Well, I am happy for her and happy married life. There is hope for everyone

How can a nation think that witches are the reason for accidents during the mber months.

One of the reasons nigeria will never develop.

My ex-colleague in PH calls his alfa anytime he wants to travel. I kept wondering why he will do same, I even advised him against same but he declined and almost called me a devil.

One Faithful morning at work he ran to my office saying the alfa had an accident and his family asked for money. I laughed so hard and asked him why the alfa didn't see the road for himself.

9ja mentality.

Why graduate (skilled)? When we have semi and unskilled people in lagos.

Education and labour market in Nigeria is on the low.

Also, how do we place standard of living in this equation. Corruption will remain in our system with this equation.

Sorry oooo.

I read with ion and pity until I saw that statement of and I couldn't control my laughter. 3k plus what rubbish.

I wish people can take the bold step I took January last year. I resigned from my job with no hope (I was tired). All I did was to prepare for the unexpected (either employment or business)

Last year was terrible, I mean I thank God for his mercies but November last year I started a business and this year I have a farm and I am doing well by his grace.

Sometimes we need to take some bold steps and free ourselves from paymaster (slavery). They all started small, with patience and hard work they grew big and became employers. You can do same too.

Unsustainable action the present generation takes that will affect the future generation ability to meet their needs.

Make them chop their power o.

Nigeria a country where it's citizens pay for nothing

These Crazy people (disco and genco etc.) will not plan on how to improve power instead we only hear of constant proposal to increase tariff.

"He also stated that one reason many Discos had not metered their customers was due to the huge debts owed them, as well as the tariff issue". Can you imagine this statement from thieves

I totally agree with you sir.

A lot of monies through the church (tithes, offerings, pledge, school fees, 10-20 page books etc.).

They can help the economy by paying tax and empowerment instead of accumulating wealth.

Do you think it's only oil money they share? Please wake up.

Clinton9000:
When I see headline like this, I get very angry with Niger Delta people. Do you have brain to know that this One Nigeria only exists because of your oil? Can't you see how they are sharing your oil money? What's the business of someone in Katsina, Lagos or Enugu with your oil money? I was in Akwa Ibom the other day and saw people suffering; I mean real suffering that I got so angry asking them...have you been to Abuja and Lagos to see what your oil money built? This country should be divided/restructured and every region/country should managed its resources. SE, SS, NE, NC, NW and SW, all should individually manage thier resources and pay tax to the center. Even if under Biafrra, if you listen to Radio Biaffra, every province will manage its resources like it's in US and pay tax to the center. If Bayelsa makes 900 billion in oil sales a yr, you simply pay 30-40% to center AND KEEP THE REST FOR BAYELSANS ONLY...YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHARE IT WITH IMO, ANAMBRA, DELTA, AKWA IBOM, RIVERS, CROSS RIVER, ENUGU, EBONYI.
