If you go and check your ission status on your jamb portal, it will ask you to do change of course from pharmacy to biochemistry, go check.

This is caused by your sleeping position,the way you slept that day obstructed the flow of blood to your arm reasons you couldn't feel your arm so when you woke and repositioned,the blood are gushing back to the arm but the sleeping position has caused a strain in your arm already so little by little you start feeling your arms but in pain.
