Hello Gurus in the house

Pls I just need clarification. I submitted my port for US Visa renewal through the Dropbox process on August 20th at DHL Abuja but indicated my collection point to be DHL, Port Harcourt. I haven't received any email or text message since then to know whether it is ready or not or whether DHL, Port Harcourt Office is still the collection point. Is there anyone in this situation and what's the current position? I would be glad to receive a response. Thanks
