I'm not saying for sure that the app fee would be returned, but if NIS decide to refund the money here and now, then Mobile Money channel would be the best available option to them...unless, of course, you didn't fill in your mobile number during registration. Whether you now cash out or not would never be NIS's headache.

And I never said they were refunding any money, I said they were 'contemplating'. There seems to be some confusion in abuja based on who should be in charge of junior recruitment. You guys should keep your ears down. From what I know they are already contemplating returning the application fees back to applicant.
