Few years ago, a young talented man with the monika GLYCOLYSIS discovered the redpill somewhere else, having gotten enough knowledge about it, he decided to start writing about the redpill here on nairaland. He created a thread and started his journey.

There came a Southafrican based writer named ubunja who also knew about the redpill and wanted to desperately be the one championing the course on nairaland but Glycolysis was already ahead of him and gathering a lot of viewers and comments.

The Southafrican based writer ubunja secretly started nursing a plan on how to edge him out, he created another thread and started wooing the major contributors on Glycolysis thread because he needed that popularity. So he started mentioning and engaging the likes of martinez39s, luminouz, capslock, karlifate and CaveAdullam plus others and eventually he was gradually succeeding because Glycolysis was doing his thing on a solo. But ubunja's thread was not gathering enough viewers and engagement like Glycolysis's own, so he smartly device a means to come back to the main thread and furiously started engaging Glycolysis and accusing him falsely of stealing his content without referencing him and at this time he already won the hearts of those I mentioned. They started attacking him, insulting him and countering further contributions on his thread, even made him tender an apology for not referencing them .

That was how they started accusing him of stolen content, he started reducing in his writeup and each time he tried to measure up they'll furiously attack him. Then when it became too much for him, he tried to end the thread but these guys have already taken over by that time, ubunja was gradually getting the redpill fame he so desires. Glycolysis tried maintaining a peaceful ground with them but their mind was already made up and he eventually deactivated against his will.

That was how ubunja martinez39s luminouz capslock karlifate CaveAdullam and others took over somebody's sweat.

It's really sad and pathetic.

market moves and behaves very differently. A strategy may work on one pair but fail to work on other pairs.. every instrument is unique. even the most correlated instruments has its own unique DNA that makes a particular strategy to be more effective in one more than the other..

silver and gold are very correlated. but yet some particular set ups works better on silver than on gold.

same as Eu and Gu.. you Will need to study the chart extensively and thoroughly to notice these things.

Y'all are getting me wrong, all am trying to say is, trying to master one pair is st*pid, I know some pairs trend more than others and when you're trying to pick your pair you should go for the one's that trend the most.


It's only sticking to one pair not mastering one pair, I my self trade only one pair not because its the best. Am so bad that i can't even focus on two pairs at a time.

Gold doesn't trade differently from other Regulated trading instruments, all market moves the same but difference in opening time, trying to master one per is just senseless.

I trade only EUR/USD for now, does it mean am trying to master it ?, Hell nah.

Borrowing the 500 USD is going to be very hard but even if you succeed, the harder part is making 10% without losing half or blowing the . Unless you have a bulletproof entry strategy that will help you hit that 10% profit target.

There is nothing like fixed SL or TP which you specified in your trading plan.
Some folks here might disagree with me but there is nothing like a fixed RR. You take what the market gives you in of RR(nothing less than 1:1 for me though).

Forex is hard to master but once you master it you will realize how easy it is.

I continued trading forex for over 10 years now because of how challenging it was at a time. It was intriguing for me to see that despite how "intelligent" I am, this guy called forex always found a way to tell me, "you think say you smart"

Finally Someone has spoken sense into this senseless argument that has been going on for Long.

The difficulty in Forex made it more interesting for me because I told myself something as difficult as this will be worth conquering.

Every Margin call made me sit down again to study. Every weekend was for studies outside the in-between studies on weekdays. I read hundreds of PDFs to understand how successful traders think. Somewhere along this journey I realized every successful trader has to find his path to profit on his own. The PDFs are only guides, you need to find your way to making profit by yourself.

This was when I started forming personal trading systems, writing as much as 20 rules I must observe before entering a trade. The margin calls continued though.

But I kept on observing the times my trading system worked and over time I could avoid patterns that made my trading system not work.

Till date, if I have a negative trade, I study the trade to know why it didn't work to avoid entering such trades next time.

I shared a PDF in this forum some time ago. That PDF helped my journey. I think if you go through the PDF you will understand why some of us who once said "forex hard o" can
now say Forex is easy.

So if you say "Forex hard o" , it is true because at where you are on this journey it should be hard. If also you say "Forex easy o" it is also true because at where you are on this journey it should be easy.
