My first flight was in early 2023, I was going to embark on an international trip for the first time later in the year but because I have not been on a plane before I was told to do test run on how it is to be on a plane. I did airpeace from lagos to owerri and back, it was pretty regular for me except when it took off from the ground where my ears were stuffed but I kept opening my mouth to yarn to clear my stuffed my ears and I sat by the window side so I can see the clouds and take pictures cause it was a morning flight. My second trip was my first international flight with a fresh port with no travel history, a non stop flight from lagos to Washington DC which was at midnight, I had the window seat and it was a 3 person per role seat, the third person of the middle seat was not available so I had enough space, normal as the first flight but a bigger plane with lots of seats and better service. I slept through the flight of 12hrs and only wake up to eat which we are served 3 times for the duration of the trip, got to my destination in the morning and everything went smooth. I continued to my next flight which was 4hrs before I got to my destination.

Please in anything you do, don't lie cause it has a way of coming back especially if you want to do this process legally. This people have a way of finding out cause Nigeria is on high scrutiny, do the right thing and own up cause this is a second chance for you to right the wrong. Traditional marriage is legal binding and you'll still need a customary divorce decree(which will be verified) and that will be further lying. If you're going to get married in the state like your man said, you'll have to go back to Nigeria to do the visa process cause the visa type you have is not meant for you to marry and adjust status cause they will say you're trying to beat the legal process which will be forgiven but since you have a complicated issue, I think you should do the right thing so they will know you're sincere and not trying to jump the process even when you have the opportunity to do so. I hope you make the right decision.

Don't use a lie to cover a lie by getting a fake divorce decree cause you'll only rope yourself in further and they don't take it likely cause the document will be verified thoroughly(which unfortunately Nigeria have a bad record of document forgery) and if found to be fake you may get ban for years or life. They know most people lie about this to get approval for b1/b2, so they expect you to come clean. In this case I'll advise you file for the visa process while you're in Nigeria if you will do the fiance visa, that will show you're not trying to by the visa process, you'll have to get your family member at least 2 to attest that you've never been married and the you're very single, you will also go to the high court to do certificate of spinsterhood to further back your claim of never being married, all this document will be submitted when you go for interview and own up on your mistake about misinterpretation of your previous ds160 and back it up with prayer that the visa officer is lenient.

After 2 previous visa denials, the agent that helped me arrange my 3rd visa application indicated that I am married on my DS-160 form.

NB: I’m not married at all, I’m a single lady

He said that’s the best way to get the visa as the consular officer will see me as a “family woman” who won’t abscond but will return to her husband and kids

The agent filled in made up names of my so called husband

I went for the interview at Us embassy VI and I got my tourist visa (I was going for a conference)

I traveled and spent 3 months in New York and came back. I met a loving and caring dude there and he said he loves me and wants to marry me and file for me.

I’m currently in Nigeria, but my US bae has been asking me to come back over to the states so we can proceed with our marriage plans etc

I have a feeling that the “married” the agent filled in my DS-160 will affect any future plans of my future US based husband to file for me.

Don't worry yourself with that, the embassy will automatically extend the date. It's not your fault, since the COVID era the time line is no longer the same, so the embassy extend's the date, so the I-797 will be accepted by the embassy. There are people that got their noa2 since April and are yet to get interview date cause even when the embassy release date, they release little number of slot and it's the fastest gets it and also the embassy does not release date as often so the backlog of people waiting for date keeps increasing.

They won't merge cause my current item shipped has 3 economy global and 1 economy for special goods all shipped at the same time and all being handled by speedaf, the 3 economy items which is self pickup got combined and upgraded to speedaf ed mail which is home delivery and the economy for special goods was not combined with it which is self pickup, so both items are coming differently.

AliExpress standard shipping could either be speedaf ed shipping or Singapore or even Netherlands ed shipping which the latter two is handled by nipost, it all depends on the location of the seller and cost value of the item.

Yes it is and it is very different from attestation certificate which is not the same as affidavit/age declaration and if for those born before 1992. You can look it up online and you can get both even if you're born after 1992 just let them know the attestation certificate is for documentations purpose.

It all depends on the urgency, if It's urgent get it in 3day but for normal process it in 2weeks time and the price differs depending on your there. You need to go with port picture, photocopy of a valid ID card, affidavit from high court on age declaration but if you don't have it can be done for you there. The you meet will let you know of the item you will bring.

Once it comes to shipping through nipost you need to have a lot of patience, let the custom do their duties, it will take time but it will surely get to you through the nearest post office to you, if there's a custom duty to pay, the bill will be attached to the item and nipost will collect the payment from you on customs behalf. Be patience so you don't mess things up. Talking from experience.

I want to share my experience when i did my new port at the ikeja office in 2021, i did payment and filling on Tuesday at past 3pm, I had all my original document, port picture, birth certificate, LG certificate and NIN, i couldn't do the capturing cause my payment has not been confirm. I was asked to come the next day Wednesday for capturing which i did in less than 20min and by Friday same week at past 3pm i was called to come pickup my port that it was ready but i couldn't meet up cause i wasn't close to ikeja. I went on Monday and pick up my port which was the new port in less than 10min. It was not diy though.

I would advise you to do birth attestation certificate from npc headquarter at surulere if in Lagos because it is accepted any where in the world should you have the intention of leaving Nigeria one day and more standard than age declaration.

If you've been traveling to the state before and back and did not over stay you may be granted visa due to your past travel history, but for a first timer and the fact you have a fiance there, it may be a no no cause they may think you will not come back because you may try to beat the system by getting married there and filling for adjustment, so that alone may be a big red flag even if you have strong ties here in Nigeria. The best thing maybe for you to get an invite letter from Hollywood or your fiance should come visit you here in Nigeria and go back to file for you to go over to the usa. This is just my opinion, and please when filling for the visitors visa let every detail you give be true and constant for future reference if your fiance will eventually file for you, avoid agent if you can or make sure you get to know what details they fill for you and make sure it is the right thing because once your details is with the embassy even if it is 20years they will still have it and if there's any discrepancy it may affect your application in future unless you don't want to have anything to do with the usa in future.
