I have sent series of emails and webform and the response is always . My application is undergoing processing. On Monday I got another reply that it is with Rapid response office in Canada.

You can’t do anything but remain patient. You may do biweekly web forms but since your application is not in Namibia, don’t expect a reaction to your web form.

Most college diplomas are not post graduate programs. Some of them offer ission based on high school/waec results.

This change is not well thought out. For example, I have applicant who already have a Letter of Acceptance, now the path to obtaining a provincial attestation letter was not explained by the minister of Immigration, even the provinces do not have this process in place for students who a currently in the process.
Why not let this take effect at a later date like 6months time so all the systems are properly in place.
Totally unfair on the students who are currently in the process.

I just paid cad$16,000 for one of my applicant with the hope that her husband will on an open work permits, Now, I have to break the bad news.

The school does not check the authenticity of your degree or transcript. Only UK require pin verification for WAEC.
Canadian schools even univeristy only focus on your cover letter and qualification documents. Most Canadian school also requires WES as means of verification which most College in Canada don't. If IRCC want to do there job as per background check, all federal and state uni in Nigeria that is most popular, like Unilag, Uniben, Uniport, UniMed, UniAbJ, and likes gets verified through their tertiary system robot verification.
