BscHolder:I really don't know what to say because it has been a long time I stopped patronizing all these loan apps. There are certain groups on Facebook where you can seek the opinion of those that have ed through similar issues. You can search for 'say no to sokoloan app' and you will come across many such groups regarding loan apps. |

This is their format now. The mistake you did is transferring back that 38k. Now, they will still go ahead and defame you despite not spending kobo from that money. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Brendaniel:That is according to you. But the reality is we hardly hear anything after such incidents. I'm not in anyway in of those group of people you mentioned earlier, I only commented because of the perceived tribalism and religion sentiment in your comment. Nigeria is just too complex. If I could have my way, I would have divide this country. |

4Humanity4All:I have no intention of replying you. But then I realized that I misunderstood your previous response. Make you na no vex abeg. I won't take loan for anything again be it business or something else. I had rather used what I have no matter how small it is. 1 Like |

4Humanity4All:Guy rest abeg! I have said what I have said and still stand by it. Who is responsible for regulating these companies if not the government and how is asking the government to regulate them become blaming the government for everything? . You are saying it is business, aren't supposed to be regulated in such a way that it will become beneficial to both parties involved? This is my last reply concerning this issue. 1 Like |

4Humanity4All:Nah, it is 74%. They are out to make profit doesn't mean to reap off their customers. Meanwhile, there are still many people taking the loan with the intention of not paying back. There are many groups in Facebook where you see people prouding about the number of apps they took loan from without paying. The thing is, all this is synonyms to lack of proper regulation. Even with this registration, nothing will stop these loan companies from charging exorbitant interest and many people would still borrow without paying back. The only thing this registration will curve is the defamation of defaulters. The Nigerian government can do better by putting proper regulatory guidelines of operation to this companies and the companies in turn device lesser risk mechanisms of giving loan. |

4Humanity4All:Yeah, they don't defeme their customers. But nothing justify charging an interest of 74% in space of 6 months. There is not even guarantee that a person will gain such percent (74%) of his capital in a year if he eventually invest that money in a business |
