Applied for my transcript that same week but my school delayed the whole process but the ECA was finalized in February this year. I am an engineer with 8 years of work experience and my ECA was done using a masters degree. I did my IELTS exam last month and my score is L-8, R-7, W-7 and S-7.5. Currently my CRS score is 467. I was hopeful I'd max out my IELTS and if I had, my score would have been 476.

My concern is this, I'll be 31 by the end of October which means my CRS score will be reduced to 461 which will be very low considering the scores in the draws which has been in the 480s except I am lucky to be invited using the STEM category draws. I'd like recommendations on how best to increase my score.

8. HR & Associate
We are looking highly organized and resourceful HR Associate to help our rapidly growing team. This position will provide a variety of HR services across the business, ensuring an excellent overall employee experience. The HR Associate will help execute our people initiatives, provide day-to-day employee , and drive HR functions across the entire employee life cycle.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• all aspects of the recruiting life cycle - reviewing candidate resumes, maintaining our applicant tracking system, scheduling phone screens and interviews, conducting reference checks, and compiling offer letters and contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of and communicate changes in employment legislation to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Own and maintain our HR records and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Work with management across the organization to ensure compliance with employment law and company best practices.
• Continuously review company-wide people policies, projects, and practices.
• Serve as the go-to for ad HR requests such as payroll questions, leave, etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company culture initiatives. Create surveys to track employee engagement and happiness, using findings to develop new people processes and procedures.
• Build strong relationships across the team and a reputation as a trusted person that team can come to for questions and concerns with both confidence and comfort.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of all employees.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
• 0-1 year of HR-related work experience in a high-growth organization or startup environment.
• Must have basic knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, processes and terminology and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while under strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.


9. Finance Associate
As Finance Associate, you will work with your teammates to help financial functions like monthly P&L’s, budgeting and long-term planning. To be successful, you should be an outstanding teammate with a team-first mentality and be able to think on your feet and adjust to tight turnarounds while keeping a high standard of work.

The primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital entries by compiling and analyzing information.
• Document financial transactions by entering information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing ing options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain ing controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• General ing tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet s and general ledger operations, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing journal entries, preparing /bank reconciliations.
• Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents for management
• Yearly budgeting and quarterly appraisal.
• Monthly stock control and inventory performance analysis.
• Monthly PAYE filing and istration
• Monthly payroll istration.
• Filing annual clearance.
• Monthly consumption tax istration.
• Monthly VAT istration.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Good working knowledge of finance, ing, and economic methodologies, as well as command of a broad range of research and quantitative skills (including intermediate Excel skills).
• Fresh graduate degree in Finance, ing, Business Economics, or related analytical discipline.
• AAT/ACA will be an added advantage
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and
• High level of initiative and responsibility, dedication to quality, a strong work ethic, creativity, a positive attitude, and a high energy level.
