Finance Associate As Finance Associate, you will work with your teammates to help financial functions like monthly P&L’s, budgeting and long-term planning. To be successful, you should be an outstanding teammate with a team-first mentality and be able to think on your feet and adjust to tight turnarounds while keeping a high standard of work. The primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Prepare asset, liability, and capital entries by compiling and analyzing information. • Document financial transactions by entering information. • Recommend financial actions by analyzing ing options. • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement and other reports. • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. • Maintain ing controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information • General ing tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet s and general ledger operations, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing journal entries, preparing /bank reconciliations. • Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents for management • Yearly budgeting and quarterly appraisal. • Monthly stock control and inventory performance analysis. • Monthly PAYE filing and istration • Monthly payroll istration. • Filing annual clearance. • Monthly consumption tax istration. • Monthly VAT istration. Requirements Qualifications: • Good working knowledge of finance, ing, and economic methodologies, as well as command of a broad range of research and quantitative skills (including intermediate Excel skills). • Fresh graduate degree in Finance, ing, Business Economics, or related analytical discipline. • AAT/ACA will be an added advantage • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and • High level of initiative and responsibility, dedication to quality, a strong work ethic, creativity, a positive attitude, and a high energy level.
