A lot of people here in Nairaland have met me In my shop. I had a big shop in Alakija Lagos. But due to various harsh policies I had to close down. How did I get the shop and money to stock it? Believe me it was God.
Why did my business close down? It was largely my fault I mismanaged it.

Before I gave my life to God I was a terrible sinner,women,party was my life. If any preacher came to me,I will listen to you but will make jest of the person when he leaves. I lied,cheated and was on my way into fraud.
I have friends that are doing very well from fraud. My friend that is in his late 20s,has a land and is already building, even guys that learnt under him are all doing great. There was a time he was telling me to come learn fraud,so that I will be making money but I didn't listen to him and till today if he sees me in the street,he will say "I tell you make you learn,by now you for don pick".
When I gave my life to God,I detest anything sin. It was as if some power overcame me. I don't have the urge for women again. I just want to settle down with a woman and start my family. I have guys that still encourage me to start fraud but I don't paythem any attention.

Just last week I was in a very difficult situation. I had no money on me. I didn't even have money to feed. On Monday Iast week I was so hungry I had to meet the woman selling close to me for credit. I bought bread and mineral and ate. Through out last week I just manage to eat once. All this while I had a refrigerator I wanted to sell,so that I can use the money to be ing myself but nobody was pricing. Some were pricing very low. On Friday evening I was so weak due to hunger,I hadn't taken anything through out the day. I wanted to go and collect credit but I didn't want to go bcus the woman gossips a lot and had even told people I collected credit from her(I had already paid). So I just laid on the bed hungry and weak,if I try to get up,my head will just be spinning. Then I decided to pray to God to help me out. I am a Christian,I pray always,infact I was doing mid night prayers doing this period. But that particular day I decided to pray differently. I prayed like this.."God why do you delight in my suffering and shame. I pray to you but it seems nothing is working. See my friends that are into fraud they are enjoying life. Should I go and beg them. I am tired of serving you".
After I finished I just took my phone out and started watching film. About ten minutes later my phone rang and someone told me he will like to see the fridge. He came over,examined everything and paid the money. The joy in my heart was much. I rushed to the market bought beans,came back cooked and ate with a big loaf of bread,then drank three satchet of water. I felt alive again. Believe me God exist and is still working miracles

Let me also give you advise and encouragement,my boyfriend then had to work in a factory for 25k. He had just finished uni. As he was working he was learning wall paper installation. It wasn't easy but he pushed through. Today he is doing well.
There are some graduate that will refuse to work for that amount. Even young boys will not agree to work,na scam dey their head.

There is a reason I am posting this in the politics section.
I attended a job interview today. It was a primary private school,initially I thought the candidates for the interview would be few bcus the school wasn't flashy and the pay was low. When it got to my turn,the heaster and another teacher started asking me questions about my qualifications and myself. I told them I am a graduate and I love teaching. A teacher entered and greeted the heaster, he replied and told him "season never start u na don dey get injury,season go long o". The other guy replied " u na go carry full squad still dey do escort". They continued making fun of their clubs. I found out the heaster was an arsenal fan and as a man u fan i ed the banter. We were making fun of our teams and laughing. Interview of 5mins turned 30mins.
Then it was time to teach the students. I performed well and explained things in detail. The heaster called me to his office and told me to resume tomorrow with a salary of 12k/month,when school resumes I will be paid 22k.
My advise for job seekers when going for interview.
1) you know the necessary things,go early,dress well.
2) try and relate with with your interviewer if you see the person as a free person
3) answer questions in detail.
My reason for posting this in politics section...
1) this suffering in Nigeria doesn't know anybody irrespective of tribe,everybody is facing hell. I had to go for this job because I needed to see money at least to feed.
2) we need to put aside our differences and unite to fight in order to have hope for this country. We are in a difficult situation,I had to feed on garri and sugar since Sunday. I had 1,000 I spent it on half paint garri,sugar and bread. There was a time that money will feed me well 5days.
3) if we keep quiet and allow this politicians keep riding us,a time will come when to eat will be for only the rich. The poor will be left to starve or slave for the rich to get crumbs
4) let's stop voting popular thieves because of tribe or religion. They will only invite their thieving friends to them on large scale stealing
5) before politicians use first tenure to perform then show their colour in their second tenure but now things have changed because now they have the formular to win election with/without the electorates. They just need two or three loyal men per state to help them rig election.
I am really pained that lot of people are suffering because of the foolishness of some people who are satisfied eating crumbs from these politicians.

3. I did what you suggested for years after which my brain still crashed. My condition got worse and I eventually had to surrender to treatment. If I had started treatment earlier than I did, I would have probably faired much better than I did.

Chemical compounds needs to be produced or they get depleted. Chemicals are produced from other chemical compounds. Food and drugs are the only things that have chemical structures that through your mouth. Neurotransmitters are synthesized from either food you eat or drugs you take.(most prescription drugs for mental illness just works by increasing this neurotransmitters or inhibiting another compound that causes the reduction of neurotransmitters).. E.g serotonin is a neurotransmitter responsible for mood. Low level of serotonin is seen in people with depression.
I don't have the strength to start explaining how sugar affects this neurotransmitters. Because it is a very complex subject. And will require the use of structures for understanding. But as I have explained above food affects your neurotransmitters which is responsible for many functions including your mental health

Going to a psychiatrist and getting medication is 50/50 and he will be on it for life.
