Did not get any decision mail, did not get any complex mail, did not get any non-straight forward mail, did not receive any kind of call. Just got a mail telling me to be patient that my Visa is being processed at the moment after 43 days of no form of communication. I got the mail on a sunday and decision made on same sunday. The amazing thing is that i received my visa on my birthday. 17-10-2020 after 45 days of waiting.

Issue: What will happen if i don't escalate my non-settlement visa application after the due 15work day?

Well, i am an applicant . I did my bio on 01-09-2020 and have not gotten any response yet.
Like i mentioned above, i decided not to escalate to know what the outcome will be, so that i can inform you guys for better understanding of the escalation stuff.

I will feel anxious, like every other person but will not escalate my case.

I beg you all not to relay on what i said. Let this not encourage you not to escalate . Infact, it is a big risk on you side if you don't escalate. Call this number if you are due. + 44 203 481 1736 for instant escalation and to have some fund in you . Not lesser than 6k to be sure.

I will not escalate my application because i want to learn about the real outcome and how dutiful the UK people are. If there are more risk you want me to experiment, please let me know. I will be more than willing to take it.

I will love a situation where TLS will include sms notification as an option in their visa tracking. More revenue to them but more service to people.

Advantages:

1. Redundant notification: People who their application mistakenly shows DMC on the web but have actually been transferred to VAC can get a transfer to VAC sms. So that trouble shooting visa tracking will be easier for applicants. There will be more ways of tracking.

2. Un-expected excitement: Imagine checking the web daily for visa tracking but read a transferred to VAC sms as you woke up from the bed or as you are offline most of the time, compared to how often you read your sms.

3. Information reliability: Getting same notification from web tracking and sms is a strong indication that there is no question about your transferred to VAC info.

I would love to hear people get this kind of experience.

Please I need a word of advice on how to go about this. I already applied and got several offers with my WAEC result but name & date of birth on the WAEC result is not exactly same with what I have on my International port.

My WAEC result bears my Surname Middle name and just the first Initial of my Firstname, while the date of birth is 26th August, meanwhile my International port carry just my Surname and Firstname in full with 28th July which is my correct date of birth, but the year of birth in both document is the same.

I just received a mail from the Senior Conversion Officer of my school notifying me that they just observed that the WAEC result they have in my record is not mine (because of the discrepancies) that I should send my WAEC result to enable them proceed with my application.

Will an affidavit suffice in this kind of scenario? Please kindly share your thoughts/advice

You will need to send Affidavit on correction of name, affidavit to prove that the WAEC result belongs to you, and age declaration.

This not true. The limit doesn't apply to debit cards tied to your domicilliary .

It does brother. I have a Dom. and my bank GTB said it applies to it too. So, this has to do with geo-locations (countries).
