Have u added python to the environment variable?

I'm trying to install python on my laptop but it is saying api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll is missing.
I have ed the api stuff(the 32bit and 64bit) and sent to it's different consoles but python is yet to install. I have even ed the C++ redistributable stuff, yet the issue persists.
Any solutions or alternative ways, please?

Alienware one of the top gaming laptops as we know are now implementing AMD u... The efficiency of the AMD Ryzen u has also made battery consumption on laptops far superior than that of Intel... Intel really needs a game changer to get back to the top.

I would advice learning to build a website should be for the basics then u learn to create databases and how to manage data on a website. I think that's what most companies are after now since the pandemic has reduced employees in the companies, working from home is now the trend, database management is a very good way to work from home when working for a company such as jumia, mtn, etc companies that provide services online through websites.
