Would you advice someone to go through with an EH route (with lesser competence/confidence but fulfills the years of experience ) or a GT route ( where requirement is 0-3 years, and you have 6 years with very strong competence). In a dilemma cause i know the GT role with have higher applicants, just worried about the future stages if i take the EH route.

This is a tough one, but you should go for EH because your experience has disqualified you from the GT role if you truly have 6 years of experience.

We can't be too certain until the test email drops later this week. But I am tilting towards what you said. But for some of the roles it was written that a skill test will be held after the aptitude test. Roles like Wells etc.

You are to fill the survey form for all the roles you applied to and got invite for. The main thing is for you to take 1 test at the end of the day.

The materials I used then, I don't have it anymore.


To your question on the stages of recruitment process.
First stage: speed test (7 mins for 20 questions)
Second stage: Test 20 mins for 20 questions
3rd stage: Test 50 mins for 50 questions (numerical, verbal, abstract, logical and Diagrammatic)

4th stage: Assessment centre, physical at Workforce office at Gbagada. Some did online AC. Less than 30 got to the AC stage.

After the AC, you will undergo additional 2 stages of interview before medical, documentation, and offer.


I did not scale through the assessment centre, but I am opportune to know a few who got the job.

Okay boss. Please what's the difference between ELDP and Graduate Trainee? And also I will be scheduled for an interview soon as I ed my test, what kind of questions were you asked then and how could I tailor my responses to be ble to it. Thanks alot

They are both mode of entry. ELDP - Entry level development program is a 3 months classroom training after which you will become an ET. It is the same thing with Graduate Trainee. During the 3 months training, you are a graduate trainee and after the training you will become an executive trainee.

I can't what question was asked then, but read up on the bank, conventional interview questions like tell me about yourself, strength and weakness, where you see yourself in 5 years time, why they should hire you etc. Also you can try to read about competency based interview and how to answer questions that comes from it.
