I give you a few example: Atiku won Adamawa Governorship election before he was picked to be VP by President Obasanjo. If you go through the list of Adamawa Governors you will not see Atiku’s name there or any of his portrait in Yola Government House.
The second Example is late Abubakar Audu of Kogi state who died immediately he won the Guber election. Audu was known as the former Gov in the 90’s and early 2000 but not 2015 were he actually won but was not sworn in before he died.
