![]() In any functional society, medals given to an individual or an agency are always earned, never dashed. Just last time, the nnpc announced a humungous profit made over a period of years, and now this(that's if sane people even believed them). One then wonders how we continue to overlook important and dicey issues in this part of the world. Can we just unbundle this nnpc please and deregulate this sector to allow people with the wherewithal to run it? Government meddlesomenes has killed and buried this nnpc 8 Likes 1 Share |

Fearless Boko Haram Make Mockery of Nigerian Arm, Notifies Them of Fresh Attack Veteran Nigerian hip-hop artiste, Eedris Abdulkareem, has reacted to the attack on the Nigerian Defense Academy which resulted in the abduction of one and the death of two military officers. It will be recalled that unknown gunmen in the early hours of Tuesday, breached the security of the NDA, killed two military officers and escaped into the bush with another abducted officer. Reacting to the incident, the veteran hip hop artiste via his Instagram talked about what might have been the fate of the Igbo people if the Nigerian Defence Academy were situated in any of the southeastern states. According to Edris Abdulkareem, the Nigerian Army would have been burning down Igbo villages and killing Igbo people. In his own words, he wrote; Let’s assume NDA is located in any of the Igbo states and such attack took place. By now, the Army will be burning down Igbo villages and killing Igbo’s https://www.instagram.com/p/CS_g8rWMi2t/?utm_medium=copy_link 206 Likes 5 Shares |

![]() And that's the exact amount to be pocketed by these crooks. I can stake my left hand that nothing of these will see the light of the day. Like the op before me said, use this money rather for the viable, tangible & immediate impactful projects like the sea ports & we will know how serious these politicians are. Bunch of idiots 1 Like |

For quite a long time, the central topic of discussion/debate in Nigeria has been bordering on the rights of citizens access to his/her fundamental human rights & that of cows. Surprisingly, the one that has managed to gain the attraction of the current government in power (even if they want or pretend to hide it) is that of cows and they shamelessly & openly canvass this in the open. One begins to ask on what basis did this current istration then seek for power when they campaigned before the 2015 elections for better assessment on how far they had faired in the governance of the day. Can one be safe now to say that if from 2015 till-date we are still discussing about cows/herdsmen in this country, is it equally safe to say that the government of the day thinks that one must reason & behave like a cow to enjoy the privileges due to a patriotic citizen? True/false? |
