UNILORIN, my alma mater.
The land mass is huge.
I have walked from the school park to the gate several times, it's not a small journey.

Also, I have walked from the main campus to the mini campus via the link road, a much longer journey. The land is wide and massive, I explored with my foot then. Also, the fulanis settlement are nice people

Jesus! All this while I thought this Honda model was called "evil spirit" not knowing its eagle spirit.
Hmmm!

It's the same thing. Just synonyms, both are correct and can be used interchangeably

If only he will now be able to realise there is absolutely nothing on the other side.

Unfortunately, he won't be able to. Just like the way he didnt know where he was, before he was born.

Have you been to the other side to conclude that there's absolute nothing there?

Wonderful app.
Used it when it first came out. Nice and wonderful features.

However tech businesses like this will find it difficult to strive and thrive in Africa except it's incorporated into some schools that are tech inclined. Majority of Nigeria and Africa basic and secondary education are traditional (since that's what majority of the population can afford and even at that, they still owe, not to now talk of incorporating a tech component, it is doomed to fail).

It's difficult to incorporate a traditional component into a tech component especially if your target population are not tech inclined

Nigerian women be romantic too by spending on your Man.
It should be vice versa.

The problem is that many ladies have entitlement mentality and that's bad

This reminds me of one of my ex-girlfriends named Mercy. Very energetic and playful, filled with lots of vibes and energy, we played different kind of games including this hand game (tinko, tinko). Unfortunately, a girl came between us.

Greetings medics in the forum. I trust you all are doing great.

Please, I need a genuine and total response from everyone. This post is not restricted to only one person. Please I need all immediate response from you all.

Ever since I got to medical school, cadeveric identification or identification of structures in the Cadever has become a thorn of my flesh.
I am really finding it difficult to identify and visualise things in the dissection lab. I don't really know why but please your response can go a long to see how I can deal with this stuff.
.

Please how do you guys identity and visualise the cadeveric structural identification. Please I need hints and tips with respect to this.
Please solutions here is open to everyone.

The thing is, in the Cadever structures there is kind of scattered. Me I usually find it difficult to know which is which but yet my classmates can as well identity it despite of it being scattered. Omor, 😭 this thing is really racking my heart.

Identifying of cadaveric structures especially those that have been preserved for long can be quite difficult, some have already become black, atrophied and virtually invisible. Howerever you can use Cunningham anatomy practical manual as a guide, it will help you.
Also, make friends with your classmates that can identify the structures and get them to teach you

I have tasted both and I can say it depends on you and your girlfriend.

If you're financially stable and you have excess cash to spare, it is advantageous to you. If you're not financially stable and your girlfriend has an entitlement mentality, it is disastrous to you and you must abort mission. Also no matter how understanding your gf is, you must spend one way or the other, you must put a limit on what you can spend on your girl and shouldn't exceed it. Also, ensure that you're getting value or something in return from your girl, for she can choose to leave you at anytime or even cheat on you.

For some single life is good.
For some a relationship life is bliss.
In summary, it depends on you and your partner

Being a short person myself, I grew up being very angry, aggressive, stubborn and not tolerating nonsense. I actually wasn't bullied in primary or secondary school, although I was teased about my height even up to the university level.

As I grew older, I learn to accept my height, control my anger and reactions to banters.
I became more friendly and open to people and people were always surprised that I never got angry or behaved in ways that they expect short people to behave.
Infact, I also dated very tall ladies, ladies who have vowed never to have anything to do with short guys.

But the truth still remains that the average short person (male or female) is a devil, full with anger and aggressiveness when crossed. They behave that way to protect themselves

At the end of the day, mastering all the red pill strategies won't put food on the table.

Who told you that?
The advantages are numerous and I'm a prime benefactor from applying red pill strategies.
1. It saves me money, a whole lot
2. Girls are willing to cook for me or bring food for me (that puts food on my table)
3. You've a leverage with influential ladies, which In turn opens connection to other opportunities
4. If you decide to marry, you won't make a bad or wrong choice.

When a woman loves a man, she's gone.
She becomes very disobedient to her parents and even her friends even if the guy is the wrong one for her especially if she's naive.

When a woman has genuine desire for a guy, the guy can do anything to her, the guy most times bleeps up and end up breaking her heart.

Many bad girls and runs girls are product of broken heart from a guy and many are out there to destroy many guys.

I'll say, don't be a guy who gets destroyed by a girl, rather be the destroyer if she's already destroyed, for when you try to save a destroyed girl, you'll get destroyed yourself!

This is part of the cultural practices in Nigeria. Cultural practices can be harmful and non-harmful. This falls under the category of "non-harmful" cultural practices. The other non harmful cultural practices is backing of babies which may even be beneficial in preventing and correcting some cases of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).

Attention should be drawn towards harmful cultural practices that are still deeply rooted within our culture. These harmful traditional practices that should be avoided include but not limited to:
1. Putting objects like spoons, onions, cow urine, substances, oil or anything whenever a person or child convulses
2. Inflicting pain in any form including but not limited to beating, slapping, setting fire to the leg or body of a child or person who is convulsing
3. Using pawpaw water or leafs to bath a child that has jaundice (i.e yellowish discolouration of the skin, eyes)
4. Applying oil, methylated spirit, rub, menthol, camphor smelling clothings to a new born baby. These increases the risk of a child developing jaundice and neonatal sepsis
5. Giving a baby nospamin or grape water because of 'stomach movements ' this increases the risk of the baby having intestinal obstruction in the form of intususseption.
6. Not exclusively breastfeeding a baby for 6 months
7. Forcefully massaging and shaping the baby's head or other parts of the body
8. Throwing up and catching a baby, the baby can have shaking baby syndrome
9. Force feeding a child or person who is unconscious (the person can aspirate into the lungs and this can worsen prognosis and lead to death)
10. Feeding palmoil or forcefully inducing vomiting for ingestion of poisonous and harmful substances

OneOnland:
The paediatricians seem to be ignorant then.

Wool being placed on the head is not scientific, or let me say, biology really related, but more of the mechanics of the brain. Whereby, "what is this on my head?" curiosity interferes with the part of the brain that coordinates the hiccups.

The interference then puts the curiosity first and the hiccup stops. It's more mechanical.

For it to work, the hiccupee needs to not exactly know prior what's on their head. Or at least, trick their brain that they aren't unaware, signalling the brain part for curiosity, and so on that the hiccup stops.

Wool on head, or any other curiosity begging item placed on head would work for a curious person, but won't work if you're hard-headed. I even do it for my own self by tricking my brain that I didn't know if a thing's on my head.

Those paediatricians must be hard-headed. grin

Which pysch ward did you escape from?
