Sankabson: How much is it please |

sonnie10: "Length 50feets: breath 25feets: width 9inch" The above is the dimension he gave me. Although, that is not what i was expecting as i don't understand the basis of the value but i don't want to go back and forth. i stated that i was going strictly with his dimension. I only converted to m/mm |
![]() |
Akerewe: Your dimension is a bit confusing though. But if i am to go strictly with the parameters u gave me = L= 15.24m B= 7.62m Thickness= 0.23m Total Concrete Volume = 26.71 m3 For the concrete grade 20 u intend to use, You will need; Cement= 215bags Sand= 16tons Aggregate = 33tons Regarding your question asking to use a certain size of reinforcement, I will advice that you stick to your structural drawing. Cheers! 3 Likes |

Hycon: Small. 1200mm x 350mm(assumed from the 3D) will give u less than half a square meter per window opening. It is obviously too small. I want to believe the house will be on AC 24/7 cos u can't rely on natural air with such size. besides, the rooms might be dark unless 24/7 lighting is guaranteed Your architect could have increase the width if he/she wants to do the american style 1 Like |

Soldierboy30: Depending on the interior finishing. This will not cost anything less than 28m-30m considering the spike in the cost of material. However, there are several ways minimize cost while still maintaining same standard. If the project is in the west. I willed have dropped a summary breakdown |
