There are lots to say,but I just have to overlook it and move on. This is not me on reality sir. My mixing ratio is 1:1.5:3 u can as well recommend the best mixing ratio for me also. Length 50feets: breath 25feets: width 9inch size of a 9inches blocks which was used for the entire wall.

Thickness= 0.23m

Total Concrete Volume = 26.71 m3

For the concrete grade 20 u intend to use, You will need;
Cement= 215bags
Sand= 16tons
Aggregate = 33tons

Regarding your question asking to use a certain size of reinforcement, I will advice that you stick to your structural drawing.

If the client is complaining of an expensive roof then probably the Architect didn't talk to him about his budget or the project started before materials became more expensive.

4m is Terribly high. However, let's see the design from your architect...who knows, ... the design of your roof might just be like the picture previously shared .....20m high roof

A quantity surveyor is in the better position to advice on cost.

Nevertheless, he needs to share more details of the roof i.e drawings
