Now with just 1 year Visa will I be able to extend it so I can frequent the US and Nigeria.

Another angle is to apply for an undergraduate course but i don't have the funding and I'm scared I'll be questioned about the time I spent in sk without getting the degree.

Please what does it mean by GA applications are submitted through Blackboard. I try to apply for GA in my department and was told GA applications are submitted through Blackboard and will be notified when the time comes.

. There’s no place on your corporate where the personal name of the corporate holder is written. You only have the corporate name written on the soa for example xxxxx nig ltd

I think one can still use a personal SOA even after being denied with a corporate SOA. You can inform the VO that you brought a personal SOA of your sponsor this time around.

@imadevictor you are right. Someone denied on the 6th got date for 30th November. He picked 30th from dates given to him to choose from.

I beg o gurus in the house, I hope no issues switching from Lagos to Abuja consulate after denial I got earliest date for Abuja that’s why the switch.

@NoTimeZone interviews is going on at the Abuja Consulate. As a matter of fact I have a date for December 14th after denial at Lagos October 20th and someone I know have date for November 18th.

My half brother will be sponsoring me

Should I fill his name or his company name as my sponsor I already filled his company name initially as my sponsor. 

I shared my delayed visa transcript late October

Initially when I did my first interview, on my DS 160 form I filled the company name of my half brother as the one sponsoring me. Now that I am going for the second time, do I changed his company name to his name as the one sponsoring me on the DS 160 form Won’t the VO ask why I’m changing from one sponsor to another?? What should be my answer if asked what has changed? Gurus in the house please I need answers to these questions.

@Solihp I used a business SOA for my I20 processing and also took the same SOA for my interview. Why did you say a personal is better

For those that are yet to get dates for interview, keep checking during morning hours precisely between 9am to 12pm. Someone got Nov 18th for Abuja last week.

I’m not sure it was regular because I was denied initially. I only rescheduled for Abuja and December 14th pop up and I picked it.

I had visa denied on the 20th at the Lagos embassy and immediately rescheduled for Abuja and got a date for December 14th. I was wondering if you I could email them about getting an earlier date since my program start date is January 4th.

I applied to 4 universities and I put into consideration some certain factors before picking one. Factors like the Setting of the school, school fees and better relationship with my lecturers. I love rural lifestyle.CMU is situated in rural area. fewer distractions:no excuse for not getting my course work done, very quiet environment,better professional opportunity,Reduced cost of living, easy and cheap to move around. I will be able to know my lecturers properly since it’s a small school with small class size. This will enable me really improve on my studies most especially on my research interest. My lecturers will be more likely to give extra help.

Let the VO know that your school has provided a quarantine center for all international students. You must not isolate yourself in a hotel or your friend’s place.
That means I will quarantine at a hotel or off campus accommodation or how?

I got an email this afternoon from US embassy Lagos to schedule me for an interview on the 20th of October. I sent an email to the embassy on Saturday requesting to be add to their mailing list for any available date for visa appointment.
