I received my letter of introduction after submitting my port. I guess it's sent when your port get to the visa office. It's not same as port request letter. Yes, my processed port is back.

I made transfer to my Gic , I received my Telex copy of the transfer and I ed it to the CIBC online platform. Just to receive email from cibc that they didn't receive payment for my transfer and the deadline given to me for the transfer of fund has expired that I should go back and re-initiate another application again.
