Alright, you'll need MTKDroid tools and PDA Net. PdaNet is just to install drivers on your PC.
Search on google and them on your PC.
Install PDA Net first
Plug in your phone to your PCwith USB Debugging enabled Then start Mtk droid tools and click root button
IF it gets stuck, don't worry jus close and restart.
You will notice the yellow bar under will turn green.
Now click on IMEI and change the one you want (Sim1 or Sim2)
Click OK and confirm then close MTKDroid tools. Unplug your phone and reboot.
Confirm your IMEI by dialing *#06#

Just so you know, most Windows tablets like this can't run .exe files. But you can compatible Apps and Games from Windows store on the device. I would like to have this tablet, but i doubt if it will have an Windows 10 sha . But its a very decent device with good specs for that price.

To root your phone, just iRoot or Root Genius. (Google them)
