Hello everyone, I would be arriving Birmingham Airport on Thursday and my agent texted me that recent bank statements are being asked for at the point of Entry. Please how true is it? I already emptied my naira since April 1st and changed 3 months rent to pounds.

They are coming to the UK for the daughter's graduation and the daughter indicated she'll be funding everything with about £2,000 each and her statement of has almost 7k. We plan to reapply immediately because the graduation is 4 weeks away... can we put 1m each in their and say they plan to spend half of it personally during the trip or we should nullify their own statement of entirely... below is the screenshot of the refusal letters

The person can enter UK after about 2 months of leaving, I have seen someone doing this for the past 5 years and no issue. No VO will ask you any useless questions so far you haven't overstayed in the past, do not have a criminal record and you hold your return ticket. The woman in question is presently in the UK as we speak, she's looking after her grand daughters and sons.

I just got my 6 months visa. Did my biometrics 5th May, got an email for collection 12th May exactly one week after biometrics. Picked up today 15th May 💃💃💃

she will be asked how long she is here for.. you can stick to 1- 2 months at the border.. buy return ticket according to this.. when inside spend money and change the ticket to the date you want. But please be aware of the potential adverse effects this could have on the next application..
it affected some, and others it did not but you must give a reason why she stayed long in future application.

I am in the same shoe ooo, Teesside University also requested for bank statement. Can we submit the same statement of that we will submit to school for Visa application or we need to print a different statement of during visa application OR do you mean school will send the statement of on our behalf to embassy for visa application.

Some schools follow this pattern especially Ulster that you mentioned. Anyone coming to study in Uk will definitely submit TB test & Bank statements. The university asking for that is just for Pre-Cas interview and that gives them assurance of their students when submitting those documents to the embassy. If the funds you stated during the Pre-Cas interview does not match with your living expenses & first year tuition fees, the application won't be processed by the University. Nothing to worry about if truly you have the documents requested by your Uni. Gud luck

With the new rule in place, can i apply for Visa 6 months to when my programme will start against the normal 3 months? Programme starts in September.

This is not true, So far you graduate with a minimum of second class and you can find a job after your studies, you're good to go.
Concerning dependent, what they are saying is that you can only claim someone to be your dependent while studying, once you get your post study working visa, you cannot claim a dependent any longer. So, if you are married, let your partner or kids apply for their dependent visa while you are still studying.

I dount if this is the interpretation. UK cannot tell you that your dependent cannot come over,highly rush counties self dey do dependent visa.

If your dependant did not enter UK when you are on student visa, you cannot bring them in when you are on psw visa.

If you travel to naija to get married on psw visa, your spouse won’t be able to apply for dependant visa.
