Then he was played as a defensive midfielder and right wing back which which limited his potential.

Funny, you must also his time at Crystal palace then, where he was used predominantly as a 10.

And most of his good perfomances under Sarri came in the Europa league where Giroud got the golden boot.

The problem with the guy is that he is too unstable. He only performs in 2-3 out of every 10 matches.
