I do not think there was ever a time when random housemates were brought in to the show without strong referral.

Theres so much at stake in the game and Nigeria being what it is, its unimaginable for someone to give you that opportunity on a platter.

The issue is just wrong selection. Even with nepotism, they can still.bring in dynamic housemates. Same way you can give people.jobs based on nepotism, and they still deliver beyond expectations.

My God. I haven't been following this Big brother Naija, but one thing that has struck me is how incredibly unattractive the housemates are, compared to other Big brother Naija season.

We had Miracle, Tobi, Teddy A, Leo in one season.
We also had Mike, Seyi, Sir Dee, Frodd, in another season.
Then we had Neo, Prince, Ozo, Kidd, Eric and Praise.

I have not really been watching this season as such, maybe I will start watching more from next month. However, I have a question to ask. The times I have watched or checked trend table, I hardly see the Double Kay couple. So why exactly are they popular? Can someone help me out...maybe I'm missing out something.

What content or dynamics are they bringing to the show? Are they funny? Are they sneaky, toxic, do they fight, do they instigate, do they cry, cook...what do they do? What exactly do people find entertaining about them? At least I have seen the male twins, female twins, Aces, Chekas involved in one content/highlight or the other but I haven't gotten any major highlight from Double Kay. So what is their based on?.....is it based on content or just sentiments?

Now, if you say their content is being married and pretending not to be married to the housemates, I haven't seen how that adds anything to the dynamics of the game.
