I believe you have selected the correct answer provided you have never applied for asylum before for the first one

And for the second one, if you have ever had your visa application denied.
It will then follow up to ask which visa was denied and which year and which country
I have had visa denied in multiple countries and I listed them all with date and reasons and it has no negative impact on my application.
Do make sure to list any country visa application that has been denied on this section as it's very important, not listing it can have a severe effect and listing them won't negatively affect you except if the reasons for the previous denial is based on fraud attempt, fake documentation etc that's the only time you should be bothered about previous visa refusals.

Damn, that's a very big mistake.
However since you cannot change NOC after ITA, if you are able to liase with your HR, I think the only thing closest to your job on NOC 33109 is "Rehabilitation aids" if you work in mental health hospital or work, the popular health care Assistant in care homes won't fit into this category unfortunately.

Work experience does NOT need to match education/degree for FSW (except for practicing Doctors/Pharmacists). FSW work experience is not about what you studied as a degree, but what you do/did in your job e.g. an engineering graduate working as a barber must choose the NOC for barbers not engineers. Recently, I received ITA under Health care category. However I will like to ask for some clarifications. I discovered my NOC should be 33102 not 33109. I will like to know if I can still update the NOC from 33109 to 33102 And my spouse was added to the application as dependent from the begin but without ECA. I will like to know if it necessary for my spouse to still evaluate his degrees ?
