The issue I have is the confirmation letter thatll be sent to the MOE from your school. The people at registra claimed that they have no knowledge of something like that. I dont know if anyone has a similar experience or an advice. Although I was told to see if I can see and apply online for it to be processed (FutMinna). if u can get someone at the registrar office... it can help expedite things... if u use the conventional way.. time fit dey go. Just send an email (with ur cert) to them, asking them to certify if cert is authentic ..nd copy the ministry.. nd let them reply the email..you ministry will also get the email too...u can also copy on woman called laureta to d mail

that stuffs doesn't take more an hr to get depending on the traffic in the high court u went to... but any high court in abuja can do it.. I did mine in the one in apo.. took me 40mins to get.. . Signature can be signed.and sent to whoever is doing it for u on whatsap or scanned... bt if u come to abj to do this ur self u would appreciate it better. Nt stressful

lagos no get that digital affidavit .. go abj collect the digital affidavit with barcode. Nd it's easy to do in abj with minimum stress.. bt if e gt high offering the digital affidavit then it's better for u.. though I didn't see anyone..

Btw if u can finish this legalisation all by urself .. ur a vip... that stuff no easy . But it can be done.. nd am doing it

because in my case , my mum went to a fed high court to declare affidavit of age on my behalf on the 29th of december, 2023 and attest of birth from NPC was done on the 4th of january, 2024. will this be acceptable by the embassy for verification?

probably. U can do that, bt make sure ur bsc cert is attached to the mail. And they have to send a mail to moa(acknowledging us cert is authentic)..with cert attached to it...... nd its must be from ur school official mail.. make sure they copy ur own mail.. so that u can knw wen they have replied the moe and also so u can print it out(and show them).

u have to go der moe..... they will check ur bsc cert ... nd they your registrar(with the official registrar's mail that u wl giv 2 them) to if really the cert is issued by ur school... just have a ready at ur registrar office .. to help to fasten the reply to the mail that will be sent to them(I.e ur school).. by moe... once ur school have replied.. the process won't take time..

NPC was established in 1992. You can’t use that small grey paper certificate because you were born in 1988. That’s before NPC was established.

Somebody who is, at least, 8 years above your age must do age declaration for you in a competent law court. Don’t do it at magistrate courts o or at courts where they don’t usually come to work.

Let your declarant go to state High Court of Federal High Court where their staff normally come to work regularly.

After getting the age declaration done, your delarant can then proceed to NPC to get a birth certificate for you on their letter-head that would include the port of your declarant.

The person declaring for you would be the one Austrian lawyer would talk to and the person must know 99% things about you.

It’s better the person is your family member or uncle or aunt etc. don’t use your friends o.

Also, DONT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE PERSON’S (DECLARANT’S) NAME ON THE FORM YOU FILL THAT YOUR ARE SUBMITTING AT THE EMBASSY, AS PART OF YOUR RELATION. OF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, THE EMBASSY LAWYER WILL PICK IT AGAINST YOU AND TOU WILL HAVE TO DO ANOTHER AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PAY ANOTHER 200k TO THE EMBASSY.

SO, MAKE SURE YOU STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERSON ON THE FORM TOO AND IT HAS TO CONFORM WITH THE ONE YOU USE ON THE AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

In any case u get an appointment with d austrian embassy ..nd u can't meet up with requirement for legalisation on dat particular date.. go there with ur document nd tell them.. they will give u two weeks of grace. Nd maybe another ...setting up anew appointment na ages thing
