I am back in the market for a new car ,and I have a bmw and Lexus in my mind as sedans, and X5 and mdx for suvs! Checking On line I was astonished to see bmw foreign used in very affordable prices lower than expected eg bm 525i n 328i lower than 3m and the Lexus es350
So I came to Nairaland to hear what the gurus have to say but now I am at cross road what to buy ( bmw or Lexus ) after going thru this thread from A to Z.
Pls can a guru tell me straight up for good maintenance cost which car to buy btw sedan bmw and Lexus ES

Actually you can do with out a lawyer as the new reforms says that provided you are a first director or subscriber, when you submit your form directly you can have the CAC official( who is a lawyer) append their signature for a token fee ( authorization fee)

Truely they are out of booklets but have ordered for them so if you are applying now or earlier than now , you will have to be patient for at least one more month for delivery of the booklets
And it is the middle men who do the online registration payments etc that makes the price higher ,if you have a good internet network you can do the online application yourself and take with you relevant documents for biometric capturing !

Hello ,pls I need an expert to help rectify what is the issue with Honda accord 2003.
Recently the car jacks forward at point of acceleration then on friday the D light began flashing n engine light came up but the next day the Flashing stopped but he jacking still there when I want to accelerate .pls can some one recommend where to go and have it fixed as I don't want any one doing guess work.
I have been told to go to oyinbo but don't know anyone there that is specialized .please anyone can help a bro here ?

My dear learned friends,what legal action can be taken to address a situation where a landlord increases rent to over 130% , breaks up the floors of the compounds,pipes,drainages n walls ,thereby leaving the compound in a very unconducive state with no gate..with open soakaway...all these 3 months before the expiration of a tenants rent. And also threaten to forcely evict the tenant immediately the rent expires if he can not pay the increase.

frankly u cant compare a sedan and a suv my guy, they are in different world, wht u get in a sedan defers from an suv, wht shld guide u is ur capital or ur pocket, the maintenance of an suv wld differ from a sedan, eg tyres,shocks etc, so if u hve the cash u can go for the suv , toyota or honda doesnt determine much in this case,,,reason being nissan also m,ake good suv and other car makers, the bottom line is ur purchasing power and if u want a sedan low on the ground or suv higher in evry evry, good luck
